SERENITY BEACH HOUSE It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.
NB Xmas Hols -- min 5 night stays.
Come and experience a modern architecturally designed, two level beach house, set in native gardens, built to maximise coastal views, sunlight and cool ocean breezes.
Free unlimited WiFi, Smart TV's, Netflix, Bluetooth sound system, open pantry, quality linen, fluffy bath towels, books, games, birdsong....Just bring a smile and your toothbrush...

Small pets under 10 kg are welcome, if they are house trained, have their own bedding and are not left alone as anxious dogs can be noisy and destructive. No puppies or animals with high shedding coats please! Cost is $150/pet/stay depending on season . Please communicate with owner re pet's suitability. Please note backyard is accessed by external garden steps if only the top level is booked or by internal steps if both levels are booked.


SERENITY BEACH HOUSE can be your base to explore our beautiful national parks, visit local wineries, learn to surf, read that novel, connect with family, or just binge on Netflix (2 smart TV's). Two main beaches, heated town pool, gym, local eateries, boutique shopping, club and tavern are all just a short (5-7 minute) stroll away.

Located in a quiet residential street, level access is via the offstreet carport. The first level contains kitchen, open plan living/dining, Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, master queen bedroom with ocean views, double bedroom with garden views, bathroom, second wc and laundry. Huge timber bifolds open onto large covered deck with spectacular views of the famous Crescent Head Bay, Hat Head and Smokey Cape Lighthouse. Perfect setting for brunches, lunches and evening BBQ's.

SERENITY'S second level opens onto a large covered deck with more ocean views, it also contains a third bedroom (queen) , bathroom, rumpus room with two sets of bunk beds and a Smart TV. Functions well as a kids/media retreat.

Just for one two?... Come and experience a weekend of romance and luxury on Serenity's top level. Sumptuous queen bed with ocean views from your pillows, double shower, second wc, chef's kitchen, laundry, WiFi, bluetooth music or ... birdsong. Comfy sofas with Smart TV, Netflix is all yours, or ocean choice. Fabled window seat perfect for contemplating absolutely nothing. Huge living area bifolds open to let the outside in ... covered deck with Weber Q, trees and more ocean views.
A shared experience with friends? The top level also has a connecting double bedroom with french doors opening onto a small deck and native garden. Just ask the owner for access (extra fees apply). Chef's kitchen with gas stove is big enough to create all your favourite dishes. Maybe chillout and get a yummy takeaway or dress up for a night out ... Too easy!

Escape for more than 4? Another bedroom (queen) is available downstairs plus bathroom with rumpus/living room with Smart TV, Netflix etc, all opening onto covered deck, seating area and more ocean and garden views.

Family holiday with the kids? Two sets of single bunks are located downstairs in rumpus room where kids can escape while adults relax upstairs. Smart TV, games and books for all ages available. Highchair and cot also available ... just ask.

Well mannered, house-trained (no puppies please) and behaved small pets welcome after consultation with friendly owner. Please note the garden/backyard isn't fenced. Additional cost of $100+/stay applies (depending on season).

Best beach getaway

Ideal location with leafy, ocean views and a super comfortable, attractive home-away-from-home. Our second visit with our dog and we can't wait to stay again!

SBH was the perfect beach house for our stay in Crescent. Amazing artisan timber features, comfortable furnishings and an amazing view all made for a memorable stay. The lovely welcome treats were the icing on the cake.

One of the best in Crescent

Such a great house, lovely view, nice and clean, lots of little extra touches you won't find in other houses. The communication with Yvonne is always excellent. This was our 2nd stay at Serenity and we'll be back for a third.

Beautiful house with amazing space for families, so comfortable. We had a wonderful week. Small issue with maybe needing heating in bedrooms in the middle of winter, but the electric blankets helped!

Wonderful property!

I'm very fussy, particularly about cleanliness - for once the hype lived up to the ratings. We loved Serenity and were so impressed with the communication between Yvonne (the owner) and ourselves. View is fab, beautifully furnished and everything you could possibly need for a vacation was at hand. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for a great short stay.

Great Girls Weekend

Great location for a girls weekend away. Only down side is fridge was not big enough or cold enough for 10 guests. 9 am check out is too early. Should be inline with motels and at least 10am

As fabulous as the photo of this property is, it doesn't do it justice. This is a large, spectacular and generous house with an incredible view and everything else that you could want in a holiday stay. Do yourself a favour.

Views are real!

We had a great time staying at this property. Very comfortable and everything that you could need. Lounges were so comfortable, and the house really does feel like a home. Communication with the host was excellent, we were there during a particularly humid few days and asked for a fan and she delivered one within a day! The views are incredible, we had some rain while we were there and sitting on the deck watching it roll in was very relaxing. You are a little distance from the beach area, but you can still check out the surf for the day! Would be happy to return, a great little town with some really nice locals in the shops.

Superb views, luxurious & comfortable house.

This house had everything we wanted, from sugar in the pantry, ice cubes in freezer & fly spray in laundry. Plenty of room for 5 adults & 1 pooch (our 8 yr old dog loved this place!). The kitchen was a delight to cook in, lounges & beds were comfy, Bluetooth speaker had great sound. We did utilise the heating & had no issues staying toasty warm. The house decor has a modern coastal feel & look. Our host, Yvonne, was extremely accommodating & contacted us before arrival for easy access to accomodation. Highly recommend to any large family & would definitely stay here again.

A perfect summer holiday

The house was perfect for our group of adults and tweens. We had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the little extras such as wifi, basic condiments, a few welcome snacks, and quality towels and linens. Yvonne had visited the house before we arrived to make sure it was set up perfectly for us. We created an incident when our dog made some noise and bothered a neighbour and we appreciated how respectfully and professionally Yvonne addressed this with us. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at SERENITY for a quick last minute break from Sydney over Easter with 2 families. because it has a lovely relaxing aspect in the trees and a nice airy feel with the French windows fully open and looking out over the beach and ocean. Easy walking distance to the township and beaches. Plenty or room for the kids to play and get away. Well set up with things like linen, movies for the kids and a great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The owner was helpful and reliable. Would thoroughly recommend SERENITY for a family or large group. Thanks.

We loved the Serenity Beach House

We didn't get to see the best of Crescent Head because of the smoke from recent fires, but we still loved our 3 nights at the Serenity Beach House with our dog. The name is very appropriate, because we found the house our relaxing haven while so many were battling fires around the mid north coast. The house is exactly as stated, and is really well designed to spend quality time together. We could only imagine how great the view from the deck would be without the smoke. The town beach was still a great place for a swim with plenty of options for lunch, and dinner at the Country Club was good for us when we didn't BBQ at home. Yvonne was a great host, with excellent communication at all times, and we would love the chance to come back another time. and we would definitely select the Serenity Beach House again.

a lovely space

Yvonne has made a beautiful house high up above Crescent Head. The view is stunning and the walk into town (through the lovely communal gardens below) is not too hard. We were just two guests (plus cat!), so we had access only to the top level of the house and one of the bedrooms, but the vast open plan living/kitchen/dining room and deck made the space palatial. The window seat is amazing, we fought over who got to sit in that. The kitchen is great with a large fridge, gas cooker and walk-in pantry. The house is very well equipped all round- only quibble re amenities was no wardrobe for hanging clothes, but Yvonne is working on this I think. Yvonne is a very attentive host, whilst ensuring you have a sense of privacy. A hard thing to achieve, but she does it very well. Overall, highly recommended, thanks for a lovely stay Yvonne :)

Great views and location, very comfortable ‘homely’. Lovely deck. Only one negative is the garden is pretty much inaccessible, there are steps outside, but they are quite tricky and no hand rail.

The house is perfect, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Lots of space for us all to spread out and relax. Amazing views, comfy beds and the owner was brilliant. We've already booked to go back!

Serenity Beach House

Beautifully presented home with stunning views of Crescent Head. Absolutely loved our stay here. Some minor constructive observations: Pet friendly but could be improved by letting people know there are external steps to the lower garden that allow rest breaks for the pet. The WiFi address is incorrect on the auto generated email from Stayz but the owner fixed this up for us after we contacted her. Thoroughly recommend as a gorgeous, relaxing and well appointed house.
