It's a beautiful and historic cottage but with all the modern comforts. Karen was a lovely host, making contact to be sure we had everything we needed. There was even bickies and Weetbix and condiments in the pantry. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The cottage is fantastic. Within reasonable walking distance of the Central Market, Chinatown, CBD and about a 25 minute walk from the Adelaide Oval. It is clean, comfortable and in a really quiet location at the end of a dead end street.Air conditioning, although only on for a short time, was excellent.The cottage has everything needed for a stay.Communication with the owner was fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here.

The stay overall was excellent due to the quiet and convenient location. The facilities were suitable for our stay. The wifi network and code were different from what was listed on Stayz and the welcome to email. A book in the hall had the correct codes. Rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We met Karen on site and offered to help in anything we needed. Contact via the Stayz app was easy. Overall we highly recommend Sass & Beau Cottage asa place to stay in the Adelaide city precinct.

This lovely historic house is in a very quiet street within ten mins walk of Adelaide market and about 25 mins from the main shopping street and cricket ground. The rooms are spacious and we were very grateful of the air con and the washing machine.The house is quite dated inside, but the price fairly reflects this and we felt it was good value. Karen was a lovely host - easy to communicate with and Kept our bags for us at the end of our stay so we could explore more before our flight.

The host went out of their way to provide some really nice accoutrements for our stay. The kitchen was quite well equipped and the location was very convenient to restaurants and the CBD. Concubine was the best asian food we have ever eaten! Thanks for the tip.
