This property is a wonderful size for a big family/group. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and also comfortable. Check in and communication was well done. When we had issues, the staff was available and prompt in solving our concerns.I would recommend a better stocked kitchen. Considering the house can accommodate up to 22 people, there were only 2 small frying pans, and few cooking utensils. It was stated that there were spices available, but there were none. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. There was plenty of silverware, plates and cups tho.I would also recommend a heavy duty washer and dryer considering the home is used by many people for long periods of time.

This house offers a very roomy, screened in pool area that was very relaxing! The perfect place for big family with kids. Extremely clean and confortable! We would definitely book here again!

Great space for multiple families spring break fun!

We stayed as 4 families of friends, a total of 8 adults and 11 children ages 5-11. We had a blast and the property is as pictured. The heated pool and spa were great and the kids were hardly out of it. Great location near many local attractions with good on site activities and offerings. We will be back for another stay someday!

Impressive property!

We were so impressed with this property! Far better than what the pictures showed. Even our kids, who had five days at Disney and Universal, were still yearning to come back to the house for swimming and playing.

The great pictures do not do justice, the house is that much more amazing to see in person. We were in a big group and the house accommodated everyone comfortably! This place is amazing, don’t think twice reserve it!

Easy and wonderful time!

The house is decorated beautifully. Plenty of space. Check in and out with Villatel was very easy. The theater room was so awesome in appearance and was the room we all were most excited about. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great location and amenities

The house was what we expected and location was great. It was obvious that the cleaners had just left when we arrived, some towels were still wet and a couple places on the carpets upstairs were wet from cleaning. The cable tv needed to be reset and there were minor repairs that were not yet made but all in all we had a nice stay. The kids enjoyed all of the extras!
