This premier vacation home boasts 6 well-appointed En Suite bedrooms and 2 half baths. The fun begins on the first level, where hours of enjoyment are waiting in the recreation and media rooms! Play a game of pool or shuffleboard together or grab a comfortable seat on the couches and watch your favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV! With common areas on each level and a whole-home elevator, it's never difficult to find either a group activity or a bit of solitude.

Three King En Suite bedrooms and the En Suite bedroom with 2 built-in bunk sets are included on the home's second level, with deck space to provide fantastic views of the nearby area. You'll also find the laundry area on this level.

The third level is the showpiece of the home. Featuring ocean views throughout the great room, the group will surely spend many hours here socializing and relaxing. Comfy sofas and additional seating greet you in the living areas. Step out onto the lounge deck to take in the views with the ocean breeze, or cozy up fireside in the living room. The sleek and modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, stylish cabinetry, and all necessary cooking supplies, provides everything you need for an amazing meal. An island bar just off the living space offers extra seating and mingling space. Two additional King En Suites complete this level’s layout.

The outdoor pool deck area will surely be a favorite spot to relax during your stay. Enjoy a swim in the inground pool or the grill area for a great place to picnic! If you want to dip your toes in the sand, the beach is literally just right outside your front door. Take advantage of a soothing seat in the hot tub.

Feeling Tip Sea is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! You can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $185 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
