Welcome To Beach Walk, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons et demie du sable blanc et de l'eau cristalline pour laquelle l'île Anna Maria est célèbre! Entouré de palmiers venteux et de feuillage tropical, cette maison de ville avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain vous invite à vous détendre dans tout le confort de la vie insulaire.

Le salon spacieux avec deux coins salon confortables offre beaucoup d'espace pour divertir les invités, ou simplement vous détendre et vous détendre avec un bon livre. La cuisine entièrement équipée est mise à jour avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer et servir les prises du jour. La salle à manger qui peut accueillir 8 personnes s'ouvre sur la grande véranda grillagée qui est l'endroit idéal pour dîner en plein air parmi les arbres tropicaux. Lovely condo

Enjoyed this condo so close to the beach. Started every morning with coffee on the porch. Would love to have had beach chairs. Had to purchase as cheaper than renting. The upstairs rugs need to be spot cleaned. A working vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies would be appreciated for a one month stay. Kitchen equipment was very good. We'll be back!

Upon arrival to property beach house was beautiful the only thing was carpets were dirty dirty and master bedroom mattress was awful the springs would be right in your hips and side . Mattress need to be replaced . Deck boards some are very weak and they feel like there going to fail through. Other than that the house was beautiful . Will stay in North Beach Village again. Please please update the mattress on top level. Houses kitchen had all the supplies for essential use of cooking also House needed more supplies for Bathrooms and extra Tp and Paper towels and dishwasher supplies.

Finger weg von diesem Haus!

Das Haus ist abgewohnt, ungepflegt, hat viele Defekte und stinkt muffig. Hier will der Eigentümer nur Geld rausziehen. Durch die Lage nahe des Gemeinschaftspools ist den ganzen Tag Lärm. Der Nachbar der anderen Haushälfte hat auf seinem Balkon drei (!) Windspiele angebracht hat, die bei jeder Luftbewegung klappern. Da die Balkontür unserer Haushälfte defekt war und sich nicht komplett schließen ließ, bestand hierdurch eine permanente Lärmbelästigung. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass wir ursprünglich in dieser Wohnanlage ein anderes Haus gebucht und bezahlt hatte. Plötzlich stand dieses Haus doch nicht zur Verfügung und uns wurde dieses runtergekommene Haus alternativ angeboten. Wer sich, wie wir, das ganze Jahr auf den Urlaub freut, sollte sich dieses Haus nicht antun.

Great condo for our family of four

We absolutely loved #31 at 6250 Holmes Blvd! It was very clean and updated with a very open floor plan and plenty of room for a family of four. We loved the comfy living room and the lanai. The location was also great with only a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants and shops close by. I would make two recommendations to the owners. One is to invest in keyless entry. It was a bit of an inconvenience to keep up with a key. Second and more importantly, would be to please consider a king sized bed in the master bedroom. There is definitely room for it and it would make for a much better experience. For two of our seven night stay either me or my husband decided to sleep on the sofa because we are so accustomed to a king bed and we got hot at night. Unfortunately for this reason we will not rent this unit again. I would still give the condo five stars because we knew this when we rented it and other than that, it was a very nice place.

Awesome vacation rental

The rental was everything stated and more. Super clean, great location and very well furnished. Location was great and closeness to beach was good. Rented bikes as per recommendations at provided discount and enjoyed the whole week exploring by bike. Will be back if we have the opportunity. Thank you so much for allowing us to create lasting memories with family.

Great Place!

The house was wonderful, a great space for 4 people. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed for making food. The beach was about a 5 minute walk. The property was well maintained and communication to us about Elsa and how to handle it was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location being a 5 minute walk to the beach

Clean home with plenty of room to sleep 6 comfortably. Great AC and privacy. Easy walk to the beach. Patio and balconies provide great quiet spot to relax after a day at the beach. Within 1/2 mile walking distance to a few shops and restaurants and marina. Only a few minute drive to the shops on Pine or to the public beach and a ten minute drive to bridge street shops.

We've stayed at many places on the island over the years, but this one was the best. It was spic and span clean and orderly. Nice pots and pans( that's very rare with rentals) , plenty of silverware and dishes, and comfy beds. Great location and nice swimming pool. Everything our family needed to have a nice time on Anna Maria Island! Thank you!

2020 AMI vacation

The home was lovely ...beautifully decorated, well stocked with kitchen supplies, roomy and comfortable. However, the carpeting was very dirty, as was the grill. And there was no beach equipment. There was no garage door opener but the manager supplied the code. We did enjoy our stay there in spite of these issues.
