Steps from the Gulf in a small, intimate complex — Seabreeze Condo B is a Holmes Beach vacation rental that gets the balance right. Close enough to the beach that you can hear it, quiet enough that you can actually relax, and well-equipped enough that you won't spend the week wishing something were different.

The shared heated pool is the center of the outdoor life here. Come back from the beach, rinse off, and settle in poolside. The landscaped picnic area gives the complex a private, resort-like feel that larger properties on the island don't have. Two private decks off the unit are the right size for a morning coffee with a book or an afternoon nap in the shade. Charcoal grills are available on-site for cookouts. A newly created path leads directly to shopping and restaurants nearby — no car needed for essentials.

Inside, the condo is comfortably laid out for six. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twins. The living room sofa bed handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms mean the morning routine stays manageable regardless of group size. The kitchen has updated cabinets and is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi and a flat-screen TV in the living room cover the evenings.

Coin-operated laundry is available on-site for the week's beach clothes. Parking for two cars is included.

Pets are welcome. No fenced yard — worth knowing if you're traveling with a dog that needs a contained outdoor space. The beach path and the quiet residential neighborhood make for easy leashed walks.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car once you've parked.

Seabreeze Condo B requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two cars.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Loved the location. Perfect to get to everywhere. Condo was very nice. Could have been a shade cleaner, but all in all loved it and we had a perfect weather week. We were very blessed being here.

Great Location!

Nice property! Clean. Close to shopping beaches many restaurants, with in 2 blocks. Bridge Street just a short drive. In a busy area, but felt secluded. Nice pool area, would recommend, limited use of large pool inflatables, when more than 2 or 3 people in the pool. Not much room to swim. Thank you, for a nice place to hang our hat for a week. we have vacationing on the island for 40 years!

Great Location!

This property is in a fabulous location. Someone could easily stay here and not need a vehicle. We opted to get a golf cart for fun, but everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away. CVS and Publix is a block away. The free trolley that travels throughout the island has a stop by Publix as well. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The living space was a little tight at times, but there is a great deck to hang out on.

Nice two bedroom condo. Pool was clean and the condo served its purpose well. Publix grocery, dining and shopping a block away, couldn’t ask for much more. One complaint, the bed in the master bdrm squeaked every time we moved. We were worn out from the beach activities so we slept okay, but that was pretty annoying. Other than that, book this place. Covered parking and ample storage, we had a great stay.

One highlight - the management company is fantastic. Super helpful! Pros: So much in walking distance and loved the little park on the eastside of the property. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials. Comfy beds and pillows. Great hot water and water pressure. Cons: Which I'm sure the team will address promptly. Could be cleaner. Windows and under things were dusty/hairy/dirty. Unit needs a new vacuum. Heat kicked on and made it even more dusty. Not sure when the furnace filter was changed last/duct work cleaned. Lots of construction in the area. Granted this uncontrollable but did make for some noisy earlier days.

Grocery store,CVS and Walgreens less than a 10 minutes walk. Souvenir shops in same plaza. Pool was nice and enjoyed a quiet/private place. Difficulties with phone and tv cable handled quickly. Really needs more pots and pans, something large enough to cook a crab. Kitchen well stocked with other equipment and nicely furnished.
