Most guests are wonderful 💓. These rules were added after a few past issues to protect the home. Respectful guests won’t need to worry.
No loud noise or music after 10:00 pm. Noise monitors are installed per City of Hollywood vacation rental regulations.
Only registered guests may enter the house. $200 per unregistered guest per incident. Disabling Wi-Fi, cameras, or noise monitors will be a $300 fine

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Exactly as described. Block is quiet and house is well maintained and cleaned well ahead of our arrival. Great hospitality and wonderful stay. One thing we wish for is a heating for the pool as it was chilly when we came to visit but otherwise A++ all around.

Great stay

Nice clean house and private backyard pool. Comfortable beds. Good working washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances (along with a dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. All of my communication with the owners was quick and satisfactory. Pool is not heated, but didn't seem to bother my 2 and 4 year old. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house - great stay

Great property. Hosts were very communicative. Had to book last minute as another place cancelled. The amenities were great: deck furniture, grill, pool toys. The master bathroom shower was wonderful too. A little surprise was no dishwasher for such an awesome place. All the appliances were top notch, so this seemed odd. A small thing that we easily overcame. Would highly recommend.

Great family retreat!

What a great property! We loved the pool and the ability to cook food for ourselves. We even used the grill one of the nights. Plus, it was super convenient to have a washer and dryer available. The owners were great and very easy to work with. The only bummer of the property is the lack of a dishwasher, but that didn't hinder the great experience. Overall, highly recommend for families looking for a retreat with relative ease to get to the sights of the FLL/MIA area!
