Nice property.

Property was nice. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was perfect. Pool area was nice. Had some issues upon check in, but everything was handled promptly. The rest of the stay was great.

Nice

The house was nice and cozy with on open floor plan made it easy for me to get around with my wheelchair. We enjoyed all of the amidies and the area close to all of the attractions but not to close. The rooms were setup nicely and we loved the themes. The pool was refreshing on the hot afternoons. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice house

The pool and house were nice and clean. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Had some issues on the first day. But everything was taken care of promptly. Happy with our stay.

It worked for what we needed.

We were there for a week and there were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 tide pods, so we had to replace every amenity. The water pressure in the master didn't really work so we had to share one bathroom shower with everyone. but other than that the stay was good.

The house was very adequate for my family of 5 to stay at. There were some items in the house that could have been cleaned a bit better (dirty socks were left by the master bath tub, a condiment package was left by the master toilet, and some type of bugs were all dead along the windowsill of the dinning room). Wish i had known beforehand that we couldnt turn the AC down below 74 as i am used to sleeping soundly at 72. We were caught off guard when the pool guy came one morning. And when we were cleaning up to leave, an extra trash bag or two could have come in handy after a week long stay. Beyond that everyone enjoyed the house and it was very conveniently located for our plans.

Uncomfortable Stay

Check in was easy, home was well maintained for the most part; however, there was no air conditioning. I had the reach out to the owner multiple times to have the AC unit serviced and still no relief. At any point in the day the home was around 80 degrees and wouldn’t not cool down until around 2am. This is disappointing as the rest of the home was great but coming back to a hot house after being out in 100 degree weather at parks with toddlers was extremely difficult to deal with. No air conditioning in Florida during one of the hottest parts of the year is a deal breaker for me. My family and I were uncomfortable the entire stay.

Owner’s Response: “Hi Amber, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’ve actually replaced the AC system and have installed new insulation in the attic. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete the repairs during your stay due to scheduling conflicts but it was all completed right after you left. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient. As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!”

No gas grill was on property even though was on list of amenities. Could not get wifi connected to any device for the first day and a half finally got a hold of someone who helped us figure out there is a reset in garage. Air conditioning could not be set any lower than 74 which made house fairly warm and sleeping at night uncomfortable especially since master bedroom was only bedroom with ceiling fan. Also only 4 bath towels were supplied. Lots of extra charges that could add up if you do not pay attention and read all check out rules.

There were a few dead lizards behind furniture as well as a used sock behind a couch that I found looking for an outlet. Cleanliness wasn’t great There was a problem with the internet when we checked in. I called the property manager and he said he couldn’t come out but talked me through a couple of procedures to reset it without success. He said he would call me back. He got in touch with the provider and put me on three way to do more troubleshooting which I did to no avail. He scheduled service for 8 am the next day. After my brother and his son arrived ( they are very tech savvy) they found out what the problem was and corrected it. It was a power strip that was powering 1 of the modems that looked like it was plugged in but wasn’t working. I spent better part of 2 hours working on getting what I paid for and the manager said he wasn’t in the position of giving me a partial refund for my time. My brother usually charges 85 an hour plus a 40 dollar trip charge so that should be refunded to me at the least not to mention that for 4 single beds and a queen size bed there were only enough towels for 5 people. So we had to get extra towels from our other guests to have clean towels. Also according to the managers sign for check out we did everything required by them but noticed from the email from evolve we were supposed strip the beds and leave in a pile. I don’t want to be charged for not following contradictory ordersAll in all I would stay here again

Had everything we needed!

We loved the house and It was very accurate to the listing. Even though we came prepared, The house was stocked with most things you would need. My kids swam everyday and we enjoyed our evenings with the heated pool. Even though traffic to and from Disney was as you would expect, I was happy that this house was just outside of the super busy area and we were able to get around easily. Anything you would need is close by. We cannot wait to come back!

Great mid location.

Great mid location we were able to explore many areas of Florida. We done a day trip to Busch Gardens ,an evening at Disney Springs,A day trip to Cocoa Beach ⛱️ and a day at Sea World.All other parks were within minutes but they were not on our plan this trip. Great house and space my kids enjoyed the pool.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Nice quiet neighborhood at night to relax in. The property had everything we needed in more to relax after a day at Disney. Close to Walmart and grocery store.

The house was very pretty and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool, the neighborhood, and being near Lake Louisa. A few things that we didn't like were: the house was very dusty, the kitchen had crums all over, and the towels and sheets were dirty, we had to wash all it before going to sleep.

Great home base for Disney and Universal but bad AC

We stayed her for a week. Host was pleasant and quickly resolved an issue we had with the door lock. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and you are able to get to the parks without using the toll roads which was a plus for us. Couple negatives that I feel should be mentioned. The kitchen could use a few more of the basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, a working can opener. Plan on having to buy all these items before you can cook. Another negative, which may just be a Florida thing, is the AC seemed inadequate for the house. The master bedroom is significantly warmer than the rest of the house. There is also a note on the wall by the thermostat that says the AC will freeze up if set below 74. I feel like this should be disclosed on the listing. We like to set the ac at 68 at night so it made the nights pretty uncomfortable for us.
