Pipis on Collins is a well appointed, comfortable property that provides quiet, centrally located accommodation that offers serene views over the lake and Merimbula township. The location of the property makes it an ideal destination from which you can enjoy all that Merimbula has to offer. Commuting distance to Bega, Pambula and Eden business travellers, golfers and bowlers who prefer a non motel option.
Situated in one of Merimbula's most private and desirable residential streets, within easy walking distance to Merimbula's CBD, restaurants, clubs, beaches, and parks.
This comfortably furnished and appointed, double storey townhouse of approximately 20 squares comprises three bedrooms, (1 x queen upstairs & 2 x queen sized beds downstairs) 2 bathrooms, with spacious lounge dining area, well appointed and functional kitchen upstairs, lounge dining and kitchenette downstairs, as well as downstairs laundry facilities.
Spacious north facing balcony for the sun lover, and a southern facing balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and views over Merimbula lake and township.
Both lounge areas have large High Definition TV's, DVD.
Split system heating and cooling upstairs, and BBQ facilities.
Heater downstairs for downstairs lounge area.
Off street parking with double lock up garage, and off street level and easily accessible parking for a boat.

Please note that the minimum number of nights that can be booked are three unless otherwise negotiated with the owner.
Linen can be arranged upon request to the owner for an extra fee.

First of all, the property was very clean. We were very pleased with that. And even though it being an older home, it was furnished very well with modern and comfortable lounges and couches. The two separate areas of the house were also very useful. Great if you have two couples and want a little privacy. Everything you need was there. The kitchen was very well stocked. All the utensils, pot, pans and cups you could want and need. Great if you are planning on doing some meal prep while away. We were very happy with the layout, great balcony’s and with a nice bit of water view. Overall communication and checking in was seamless. The location was great. Quick access to town either walking or driving. As well as the local park and beach. We would happily return here for future holidays.

Comfort on Collins

Pipes on Collins was an absolutely delightful house to stay in with all the comforts of home including fluffy blankets everywhere to snuggle in on the cooler nights. Sharon even called me to check that we were ok with all of the fire activity going on in the nearby regions. Cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Everything we wanted

Spacious, comfortable, light and clean. Perfect for a large family, or several couples. Well equipped, and close to shops and beaches. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We wil definitely stay again!
