'Quindici' is a tastefully decorated new two bedrooms two bathroom villa.

Master bedroom with a queen, has it's own Flat Screen TV mounted on the wall The Second bedroom has two single beds and it's own TV and Nintendo Wii game.

Both Bedrooms have bedside tables and table lamps, ceiling fans and curtains on the windows. *single beds cannot be joined together.

The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, plenty of crockery & cookware; allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze.

The dining table will seat four guests, there are plenty of over head storage cupboards for all your supplies.

The lounge area has a lounge suite and two arm chairs, reverse cycle air-conditioning flat screen TV and DVD Player, which leads out to a small deck area that has a BBQ and small outdoor setting.

This tranquil & modern holiday Villa is in a great location, bordering a Reserve & is just an easy walk through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean and just a few minutes drive into Dunsborough. We enjoyed our stay. Instructions on how to work various appliances not in the unit and would have been very helpful. The unit booklet said they were there but they were not. We would come again.

Beautiful location and perfect for our short stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved cooking on the webber. Only thing I can critique is the hot plate. It stayed very hot when turned off and didn’t have the safety features like the ones sold today. It could be quite dangerous for young kids. Other than that it was great.

well designed

The property is deceiving from the outside as it's spacious and very well designed inside. It has all the necessities - iron, hair dryer, coffee machine etc and a folding clothes line for beach towels and bathers. No internet but you can hotspot the phone easil if need be. Only 7 minutes from Dunsborough but feels further away due to the bush setting. I loved the 2 separate bathrooms/toilets. A bonus when travelling in a group or as a couple :) only suggestion I would make is for a few more coat hangers. It was also very quiet which was an added bonus Overall a great place to stay. Was very happy with our stay, just a warning if you are booking this place - the listing says check in is 2pm but the company in charge of the property states it is 3pm. Despite this we asked for an earlier check in and they let us pick up the keys at 1:30pm so that worked out well for us. The only other downside is that you have to pick up the keys from their office rather than having a lock box at the property which i would have found preferable. Other than that we were extremely happy with our stay.

Close to town, very clean, everything you need

This is a lovely place to stay, close to everything and well appointed with everything you could need for a great holiday. Unfortunately we hated the bed ! It is so hard you may as well just sleep on the floor. The single beds are just as bad. The mattresses are awful. I would have given the villa 5 stars if the mattresses were better.
