Escapade sur l'île Twin Palms

Twin Palms est parfait pour des vacances à la plage en famille faciles et détendues. Il est bien aménagé, il suffit d'emballer la voiture et le chien et d'aller directement à la maison loin de chez soi.

Elle est située à 500 m de Surfies Point, qui est une plage de sable parfaite, avec des vagues douces pour les planches de bodyboard et les surfeurs débutants, et de plus grosses vagues à l'arrière pour les plus expérimentés. Les dunes de sable créent des divertissements et des divertissements sans fin pour les enfants, ainsi que des piscines rocheuses pour explorer.

Les chiens sont admis sur la plage avec des laisse la plupart de l'année avec des heures réduites aux heures de pointe. Veuillez vous référer à la signalisation à la plage pour confirmer.

Sunderland Bay se situe entre Surf Beach et Smith Beach, et la piste du Grand Prix est à 5 km sur la route. Il y a un magasin de bouteilles à distance de marche pour les urgences, avec un court voyage en voiture à Woolamai pour un IGA, ou à Cowes pour tout le reste.

La propriété est entièrement clôturée et sans danger pour les animaux. Vous pouvez choisir entre le porche avant pour vous détendre à l'extérieur avec votre livre ou un verre de vin. Ou l'immense terrasse arrière pour prendre le soleil et se divertir. Il y a un barbecue et une grande table à manger extérieure et un parasol.

La cuisine est bien équipée avec cuisinière et four électrique, grille-pain, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cellier avec verres, beaucoup d'espace de rangement avec vaisselle et couverts, 3 tabourets sous banc de cuisine et table pour 6.

Le salon comprend la climatisation à cycle inversé, le feu de bois, le lecteur Blu-ray DVD, l'Apple TV et la Wii. Il y a beaucoup de jeux de société et de livres sur l'étagère et le WI-FI est inclus.

Great Family stay

Weekend getaway at Sunderland Bay

We had a great long weekend stay at Twin Palms. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, sleeping 2 adults and 3 kids very comfortably and accommodating our 2 dogs. Twin Palms was very clean, was well supplied with lots of hidden extras and thoughtful touches. The location was easy to walk to the beach and a quick drive to either San Remo or Cowes for meals/shopping etc. We would highly recommend this property. It was well decorated, has a great beachy feel and is very comfortable. Thanks for our stay!

The most relaxing place

We love the fact that we could walk the dogs to the beach, so if you come prepared, you really don’t need to use your car. We had a good wood supply, so with the little gloomy weather we had, we could still enjoy a fire and cosy up on the couch with a big range of books to pick from. Twin Palms has a very relaxed vibe about it, that’s why we are returning customers.

McEvoy’s stay

Many thanks Mignon, we had a great stay. We also had two kids (2 and 4) staying with us in the end. Let me know if we owe you anything. There was plenty of crockery and the kitchen was stocked wonderfully. So many great things to do. The place was so clean and we all loved it. Just to let you know I had some prickles in my clothing after sitting out the back and my swimmers were also itchy. Others also had similar problems.

MotoGP Week

We had a great stay. The property is awesome and everything you need is there. A great backyard and proper BBQ for entertaining or just enjoying the peace and quiet. Walk to the beach or a short drive to shops and, of course, the P.I. Racetrack! I actually walked to the circuit in a comfortable 40 minutes - if you are that way inclined! Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we loved it!

House good, location pretty bad.

Sunderland Bay was a disappointment. A steep track to and from a rocky foreshore. No sandy beach. The estate is treeless and drab. And 8 - 10 km from shops and restaurants. There is nothing there. The house was fine. The barking dogs next door, not so fine.

The beach escape we needed

We came to Phillip Island for the waves and water and the location of this property was perfect for us. There’s a sensational long surf beach with waves that are perfect for beginners boogie boarders, within a short walk from the property. The sand is fine and the water crystal clean and clear with minimal rocks/weed. The same beach also has rock pools for rambling at one end. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed. Three children shared the spacious bunk room and loved the double bed lower and single bed upper arrangement of the beds. We cooked and ate at home a bit and the kitchen is well appointed for this and the outdoor deck very spacious with a huge bbq. Our cat came with us and the small laundry off the kitchen provided a great location for her litter and food. We also really appreciated the collection of books, dvds and games provided.

Fantastic Holiday Home

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and found the house to be a perfect size. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, heaps of books, games and DVD's and good sized bedrooms. More than adequate for our week long holiday with a great deck and bbq area for the evenings. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage in Sunderland Bay - Phillip Island

Really gorgeous cottage with three generous bedrooms. Very well appointed and extremely comfortable. Lovely garden at rear to enjoy breakfast or afternoon coffee. Basic provisions available in the cupboards and wood pre chopped for the fire. Host was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival and check in was very easy A wonderful weekend away..... thank you

Fabulous winter getaway

A gorgeous house that was super clean and had lots of lovely touches. The open fire was used each day by us and it was a cozy warm lounge to sit and read a book with a cup of tea in front of the fire. Secure yard for our dog and a short walk to the beach made this stay one that we would highly recommend.

Welcoming & relaxing at Twin Palms

Welcoming with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Comfortable & clean & well equipped. My dog was secure in the yard & loved to hang out on the front porch with us. Close to everything that Phillip Island has to offer.
