Fantastic Weekend Away

Couldn't fault the property at all. The view was fantastic and the house was very comfortable for our family group. Great communication on all fronts and owner very accommodating. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful house!

We loved our stay at Sunderland Bay. The house worked perfectly for our group of five friends. Spacious, comfortable, every convenience and that view! Just the thing to make a trip to the beach absolutely perfect 👌 The owners were very thorough and prompt in all our communications. Lots of things to see and do close by. Very highly recommended.

Modern, well equipped house with stunning views

Our family of five (2 teenagers plus 1 primary aged child) loved our 7 night stay and found it very difficult to leave. The house is in a great, quiet location with lovely surrounding beaches to explore while being central to all of the island’s attractions and sights. The view is breathtaking, as are the sunsets. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us very promptly. We could not recommend this property more highly and will definitely return.

Need some update

The view was absolutely amazing but the house needs upgrade . First of all no wifi , it was really difficult with two kids living without wifi for 4 days. The kitchen equipments need upgrade. No coffee machine , it’s a big deal for me. The view is amazing but windows are quite dirty to block the view.

Hidden treasure on Phillip island!

Wonderful location. We absolutely loved our stay. The rock pools are a gem we enjoy every time we visit. The house was tidy and well presented. Would recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

Not clean

Pictures don't always show what a property is like.For the amount of money you pay,I was so disappointed in how there were no amenity pack to greet you,all pots and kitchen ware were so old,benches and furniture was not clean,the main windows had hand prints and marks all over them.sliding doors are salted around handles,so bad when co vid is still happening,we left a day earlier,the whole place needs an overhaul with some nice welcoming touches,I have paid cheaper and walked into some beautiful clean places.REALLY DISAPPOINTED!

Lovely location with a great view from the lounge/kitchen area. Perfect spot for relaxing and going for walks on the beach. Bedrooms are nice and big. Property should have wifi.
