Dare Street Beach Apartment is a great place for a family holiday or just a quiet retreat for a romantic weekend getaway. Just 1 minute walk will get you to the main street where you will find everything you need, from award winning restaurants, cafes, retail shops, post office, pharmacy, supermarket and more. A 2 minute stroll in the opposite direction will get you to Ocean Grove's surf beach where you can take a dip or walk or ride along the scenic paths to the Dunes Cafe or to the river at Barwon Heads.

This apartment offers 2 bedrooms on the first level. The main bedroom offers a brand new King Sized bed in a spacious room with ample bench space, a large wardrobe and TV with a DVD player. Sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the warm summer breezes with a view towards the main street, and Barwon Heads. Upstairs also host the bathroom and separate toilet. The Second bedroom contains a bunk bed with single on top, double bed on bottom and a pull out single trundle. Enough for the whole family. Check out the Ocean view from the back room and see if the surfs up!

Down stairs there is a north facing courtyard to catch the winter sun. A 'cosy' lounge with a comfortable couch and two large chairs. The lunge has a large flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Telstra TV with FREE Netflix and STAN. The brand new kitchen is small but functional so you can cook your own meals, with full size fridge and microwave.

The dining area offers seating for 5 adults over looking the rear courtyard and backyard. The dining room also includes a 'european' laundry with new washer and dryer. Relax outside on the deck, as the kids play on the grass in the fenced back courtyard.

Both floors have NEW split level heaters, air conditioners fitted for your comfort.

There are inbuilt twin USB docking stations on each level, so all you need is your cable to charge your smartphones, cameras, headphones, GPS's etc.

The apartment has NBN (National Broadband Network) WiFi supplied by Telstra for all your internet needs.
