This 2 storey family holiday home of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has the best surf and coastal views you could wish for. Just amble across the road to one of the most popular beaches our coastline has to offer.

Middleton has simply stunning beaches and is also home to the Southern Right Whales in July –September. At Surfers Parade, you’ll be able to swim, surf, soak up the sun in the warmer months and in the cooler months simply relax, enjoy the view, maybe spot a whale or curl up with a good book.

The waterside balcony and the large decking area at the rear of the house, with outdoor furniture, are just the spots for entertaining and relaxation.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is for a maximum of 8 guests and provided in 4 bedrooms.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - 2 singles, Bedroom 3 - 2 singles.
Downstairs: Bedroom 4 - Double bed.

Blankets and doonas, pillows and tea towels are provided. The tariff includes a LINEN package. The LINEN package includes linen for all beds - (fitted sheet, top sheet, pillow cases), a bath towel and a hand towel per person. Beds are made up ready for your arrival.

UPSTAIRS:

Open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows that accentuates the unobstructed views, spacious lounge and kitchen, including with a r/c air conditioner, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, smart TV, DVD, CD player/radio.

Three bedrooms and bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

There is a stair gate at the top of the internal stairs for your convenience with the little ones. There is also a gate at the top of the rear deck external stairs.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Laundry with washing machine, bathroom with toilet and shower and family room with large plasma TV, electric heater, CD/radio player and table tennis table.

There is a Gas BBQ available for use. (upstairs on decking)
