Bella Vista - walk to the beach

This property has everything you need for the perfect family holiday located just 250m from beautiful Werri Beach.

With an open plan living and dining room that looks out to the mountains and outdoor area, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, a second living area with a flat screen TV, washing machine, dryer and ducted air conditioning. Cot is also available for use.

The 2 king single beds can be zipped together to form a king-sized double bed, if required.

Linen – Not supplied (you will need to bring; top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats, tea towels and beach towels)
WiFi - Available
Garage - Garage for guest use and electric vehicle charger
Pet Friendly Option - on request
Check-in Time - is from 3pm on the day of arrival, however early check-ins are offered when possible.
Check-out Time - When departing on a Sunday or Public Holiday we can offer a later departure time of 4pm on request.

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $1,000.00 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).

A lovely weekend

Excellent location and a fabulous house for young kids. Lovely view from the yard and only a short stroll to the beach. The house was very well equipped.

Ideal family stay

We loved our stay at Bella Vista. The house is very spacious and close proximity to everything. The house has something for everyone. Even toys for the kids!

Fantastic location - Great property

Well stocked with all the essentials, including toys and games for the oldest to the youngest members! Minutes from the beach made it incredibly convenient. A great price too! Overa ll 5 stars!

Great place, good price.

Place is great, only annoying thing is how rigorous the real estate is with the checking in process. They make you fill out a form with the details of every single member attending the property. Phone number, drivers license etc. Other than that great house, great location

We stayed 2 nights. A well presented 5 bedroom home away from home. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Pillows and Doona’s provided. Extra pillows and blankets too. Kitchen well equipped. Nice big TV. Comfortable lounges in 2 living areas. Large table for 8. Extra table in meals area. BBQ was great! Outdoor furniture and a wonderful view over paddock too. Neat & tidy throughout. Instruction booklet provided for the home (oven & stovetop) Realestate was brilliant to deal with also. We would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved it

Very comfortable house with stunning hill views and easy walk to beach. Absolutely perfect for families as single level, multiple living rooms, most bedrooms away from living room, good size kitchen, so much kitchen equipment and toys. Would definitely stay again. Also loved hammock. Haha.

Gerringong long weekend

Great size 5 bedroom home with enough space for 8 adult visitors. Comfortable with a view of amazing surrounding mountains and walking distance to beach and close to surf club and bowling club. Well equipped property.

Catch up with mates

Great spot, couldn’t have asked for a Better view, easy to everything in town. We couldn’t really fault it at all. If there was thing w could have changed that would be the 3pm check in, thought this was quite late, check out was 9:30 am which was normal enough Overall it was great we would certainly book again 👍

Great place for a getaway with friends.

Long weekend away with the lads. 7 of us were easily accommodated. Plenty of room, clean, good amenities and not too far from the beach and bowling club. Great place and will be back!
