Escape & relax at this uniquely positioned beachfront self contained unit - where the sandy walkway to one of the south coast's most beautiful beaches, is only metres from the backyard (DIRECT BEACH ACCESS).

Private self contained 1 bedroom unit backing onto Jones Beach (direct access). Freshly renovated, bright & airy, with great beach views.

Paradise On Jones Beach has its own pathway & entrance, completely separate from the main residence above.

Walk past your own private balcony & into a light filled kitchenette, dining & living area with 43" Smart TV & all with beach views. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the small bar table & gazing out at the ocean. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed (bed with fresh linen made up in advance of your stay) & the spacious bathroom has a big walk-in shower & plenty of space to put all your toiletries. The Living Room has a comfy lounge to enjoy a good book.

After having enjoyed a swim, surf or stroll along the beach, refresh yourself under the outdoor shower before heading inside. Later on fire up the BBQ on your balcony & enjoy the sound of crashing waves whilst you eat or drink.

Direct access to the beach - making it possible to walk onto the beach as many times as one wants. To be able to access it whenever one wants, as well as to look out to the beach from the unit and also hear the waves throughout the day, makes this a unique holiday experience. Being so close to all amenities is very convenient. The local shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk, the golf course, golf club and Minnamurra River & Lookout only 10 minutes walk, and the Kiama centre 5 minute drive.

Relaxing beach stay

We enjoyed a perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of Easter at Jones Beach. Everything we needed was provided, it was super clean, comfortable, check in and contact with the host was easy. Highly recommend this place.

Waking up for a stroll to the beach for a morning swim was wonderful. I liked the games the host provided, the cleanliness and thoughtful touches like an external shower. The hosts were very responsive. We will be booking again when the opportunity arises.

Smell that ocean air

Being literally on the beach ( just across the grass) was exactly what i wanted. We didnt realise that the place was a bottom unit but our host gave us the most understandable step by step instructions on how to get there and where key was etc, that even I understood them The only downside was we found the bed a little soft which in the scheme of things wasnt a big deal. I would definitely recommend and will probably book again.

Jones beach apartment

Beautiful location close to a pretty empty beach. Use of laundry was a real plus, and a clothesline to hang out the wet clothes, so we didn’t have to use the dryer. There’s also a tiny shopping center about 500 m away so close enough to access on foot.

What a beautiful place!!!

Our stay at this property was just delightful!! Location was perfect and just a very short walk to the beach. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was great and helpful. Would recommend highly staying at this property. We'll definitely be back!

Jones Beach unit

Well equipped unit with views of the ocean. A short stroll across the grass to the beach. Location was perfect, close to supermarket and takeaway. We will certainly return and enjoy this beautiful part of the south coast.

This property was well maintained and a perfect place for two. There were lovely amenities that were more than expected (including extra snacks, items to cook with, coffee machine and full laundry) and beautiful views of the beach within 1 minute walking distance of the property. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was an oven as well as the stove top. However we were easy drive into the main district of Kiama which had lovely food options. I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family and would be happy to come again.

We love travelling the world & have stayed at a Chateau in the South Of France, travelled the Mediterranean by boat, and explored the castles of England & the many beautiful cities of Europe. However, despite all those memorable trips, there is something special about the South Coast that draws us in every time. We discovered Jones Beach and, in the process, paradise. This unit backs onto the beach and has great views of Jones Beach and Cathedral Rocks. The accommodation is bright and airy, with its own TV lounge area, Dining Table, Kitchenette, spacious Bathroom with walk-in Shower, Bedroom with comfy queen bed - all rooms with lots of natural light. Furniture and prints on the wall add warmth to the renovated unit, and amenities provided are there to make guests feel the yare at a home away from home.
All this and the sound of crashing waves in the background make for a relaxing, comfortable and highly enjoyable stay.
