Kona Reef is perfect location for walking to beach immediately South and town to North. You can walk to entertainment district and avoid town parking fees. We believe A34 unit has single best view of 1 bedroom units at Kona Reef, which is renowned for Ocean Front views due to proximity to ocean,
What makes this property unique
View and location. Also, delighted with gut/remodel that I and my friend (retired master finish carpenter) completed. We did several extra construction steps to highlight the already fantastic view. Involved time and money that most owners would not take on with an outside contractor. Love the look of the special order lighting, sinks, and faucets. But, unhappy with the scratches in the LV flooring. I will find solution for this.
