Kona Reef Ocean front Resort in the beautiful Hawaii Aloha island and sits a few steps away from the Pacific Ocean and a short walk to town, where shopping, dining, beaches, family entertainment and nightlife are all nearby a perfect location for a holiday, honeymoon, or anniversary.
Enjoy beautiful sunset and, if you happen to stay from December to March where Humpback whales visit the Hawaiian waters each year you will be able to catch a glimpse of Hawaii's Humpback whales/Dolphins from our Lanai.
Enjoy your morning coffee, tropical drink, or a glass of wine while watching and listening to the waves. Hang out by the oceanfront pool and spa, or the beach next door. Enjoy the tropical gardens with beautiful blooming Hibiscus and swaying palm trees.
Swim, surf or sunbath on the white sand beach (Honl's Beach) or hang out by the oceanfront pool and spa. You'll enjoy the famous Hawaiian Breezes in this sought-after end unit with extra windows on the side.
Kona Reef F16 is a corner unit with only one flight of stairs. Guests can use one of the elevators thus making this unit easily accessible.
Kona Reef Resort is very popular well-known Alii' Drive close by Historic Kailua Village and sits back off the main roadway making it very quiet. The only thing you'll hear is the relaxing sounds of the waves rushing ashore.
The unit has recently been upgraded with brand new kitchen stainless steel appliances, furniture in the bedroom, new W/D and 50-inch HDTV in living room.
Enjoy the Hawaiian Tropical gardens with tables, chairs, and several Barbecue grills. Beautiful blooming Hibiscus and swaying palm trees complete the tropical grounds. Free onsite 'Wi-Fi' is included at no extra cost. Long distance call to US mainland and Canada is free.
Our Oceanview Condo includes all the special extras known to all our properties including beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, and flashlights if you plan to visit Volcanoes National Park.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED Inside the Condo or Outside on the Lanai/Patio of the Condo. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas at the Kona Reef complex.
Nightly Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, property fee, and damage deposit/insurance fee (as applicable). Sales or Special Rate Offers are only valid for new reservations, and not valid for existing reservations.
Guest access
The entire condo, except 1/2 of the bedroom closet that is locked off as the 'owners’ closet', but there is still plenty of space in the closet for our guests to utilize.

After booking and prior to arrival guests will receive directions to get to the condo, codes to access the condo, 'Wi-Fi' information, and any other pertinent info. regarding your stay.

DURING THE IRONMAN RACE -- MINIMUM STAY OF 10 NIGHTS IS REQUIRED.
Any stays booked during IRONMAND RACE that do not meet this requirement are subject to cancellation if the guest does not meet the minimum stay requirement.
