Very good value for the money. The property was exactly as described and in the pictures. Our stay at this property as a family was excellent. Parking in front of the condo building. Aldi and CVS pharmacy was just walkable, which are great. Game room and swimming pool was great. Hot tub and Sauna did not work. If the owner can take care of below improvements, this will become unbeatable: 1. Microwave did not work properly. 2. The quality of bath tissues and paper towel could be better

Great location with great amenities! There was clear communication with the property management group and everything was easy for check in and check out. You will need to go shopping and get more paper goods as there is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. This is communicated that there is a stater kit for your stay. The reason for docking a few stars was the cleanliness. There was hair in multiple places on the floor and one toilet had not been cleaned very well. Overall a great place and I think the property management group just had an off day with the cleanliness of the unit.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the great location, amenities, and found our communication and check-in/check-out process to be smooth and easy. We appreciate you mentioning the starter supply information as well. Our homes do include a starter kit of essential paper products, with guests typically replenishing items based on the length of their stay and personal needs. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the home did not meet the standard we strive for. Hair left behind and an improperly cleaned bathroom are not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it with our housekeeping team. We’re glad that overall you enjoyed your stay and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide the five-star experience our guests expect.

Nice property and great location for Disney

We enjoyed a few days at this property over the holidays to visit parks and the Citrus Bowl. The villa is good size and perfect for a family of 4. The only (slight) downside was not being able to access the fitness room (codes didn't work) Otherwise all was great!

Comfortable, very clean and just as the description of the apartment reads! Never had any complaints! A wonderful home to visit with great areas to go see! Beside the major parks to see… we visited a murder mystery dinner theater, Box Tower Gardens, Friday night Kissimmee Car shows, Disney Springs a wonderful walking area. Great clean location.

Excellent stay, although the car beams and alarm beep, kept waking me. I think blackout curtains can solve the beams. Place was clean. Love the morning walks at the interior artificial lake. Close to so many eatery, restaurants and the AC Flea Market. I do have one thing to say, requested the bulb from the refrigerator the first day I got there. They said They ordered it, never installed. They said they ordit.think

We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding blackout curtains and understand how that could make mornings more comfortable. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator bulb not being replaced during your stay—this has now been addressed. Great location!

Price was good, online communication was good. Very roomy and spacious ! On-site property manager was a little snippy with us when we had questions, so we figured stuff out on our own (no one answered the phone or called us back when we left a message during business hours). Walls are thin, and you can hear noise from neighbors, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Very convenient to highways, groceries, parks and entertainment very accessible! We did not use on site pool or other amenities, but they looked nice. Overall, nothing was too bad, and I would stay here again.

Positives: This apartment was a home away from home. It felt safe enough with a gated community, pool and jacuzzi. Close to all the parks and many dinning and shopping options close by minutes away. The Disney decor was really cute and got us all excited and geared up for the park. A full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer was such an amazing convenience to have on hand. The host even had complimentary Roku where we watched a lot of Star Wars via the DisneyPlus. The couch was super comfy and even had a pull out bed for more sleeping options. My son loved sleeping on the top bunk in the “kids” room. Also had a great daily trash pick up. We are a family of 3 and we fit quite comfortably in this unit for the time we spent at Kissimmee. Negative: # 1 the bugs. The property manager does have a routine pest control, but upon our arrival the bugs were really a nuisance. Thankfully our host was able to resolve this issue with several extra visits from the pest control team. #2 which really isn’t much of a deal but worth mentioning and is totally normal in apartment settings is being able to hear the upstairs neighbors heavy footsteps. Other than that my family did enjoy staying at this rental. It was close enough to the parks and a quiet enough to be a safe relief after a long day at the park, with its cool air conditioning and comfy chairs. Also had complimentary WiFi and lots of cooking appliances.

Very Clean & Quiet!

We arrived a few days before our Disney days started, and it was nice to just relax … because once we started those long days it was all I could do to drag my behind from the car into the condo and shower to get into bed at night to do it all again the next morning! Lol! But to have everything within a short drive - even the parks themselves!! It was great! It was a very peaceful place to stay, and naptime in the afternoons on off park days was awesome .. and welcomed around there on the few days we had them! There isn’t anything I would suggest changing about the condo itself! I would suggest the condo owners add assigned parking for each unit, maybe 2 spots per unit and then guest parking where it is. That parking situation was insane sometimes - but not unbearable! Would and have already recommended it to several!
