The property is in need of a bit of attention. For example, two of the blinds in the main bedroom have been largely removed, as has the one in the dining area. The lighting is poor. The carpets could do with a thorough steam clean.
The driveway is very steep, and it is very difficult to back out. The property is advertised as “pet friendly”, but is not fenced, and hence a dog could run out onto Dulconghi Street.
It is disappointing that there is no wi-fi.
On the positive side, the kitchen is very modern and has a good range of appliances and utensils. But it is here that the quirky lighting is most ineffective. The pantry in particular is in poerpetual darkness.
The photograhed slow combustion stove seems to be decorative only, and two of the provided heaters were hard to operate - we failed to rise to this challenge.
