Prepare to indulge in unparalleled comfort at "Berry," where you'll discover a recently renovated and spacious covered deck, ideal for outdoor holiday entertaining. But that's not all! Brace yourself for the mesmerizing rooftop deck, boasting breath taking 360-degree views that will leave you spellbound.

If you're seeking a cosy winter escape, "Berry" has you covered with a welcoming open fireplace, perfect for snuggling up and embracing the warmth. Conveniently, you can purchase wood at the nearby service station.

Please note that while "Berry" is equipped with modern amenities, it does NOT include an oven ( Does have an Air Fryer )
However, rest assured that everything else you need for a comfortable stay is provided. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, three showers, and three toilets, "Berry" can easily accommodate two or even three families. Here's the bedding configuration:

Great place to stay, close to everything. Good leg workout up and down the hill with back and forths. Neighbour (resident) complains after 2 or 3 days of noise or music. 10 or more people make noise when together go figure and it is a long weekend. Beautiful outlook on top deck for morning cuppa and breaky. Great space within the house. If not for the neighbour would book again. She ruined the vibe but if you don’t mind would highly recommend.

However it is very old and run down. There is no oven in the house despite one being shown on the website. Two of the bedrooms are not private and are used to walk from one part of the house to another. There is no airconditioner in the house. The bbq was so dirty I had to clean it before and after I used it and the automatic lighter did mot work. I would not stay here again.

But the property managers supplied us with heaters and then brought us some wood to burn the following morning. We were really appreciative

The price is too high for the condition of the house especially bathrooms and having to bring own linen and towels. There was no correspondence with Elders after we told them we were unhappy with conditions was very unprofessional.

2nd stay at Berry & very disappointed. Fridge not working, no gas in BBQ, cleaning dubious. Had complaints from neighbors before 10pm about noise and one of our car was keyed on the first night. Won't likely be back soon.
