Each bedroom has its own Large ensuite with full freestanding bath. Double French doors that open up to your own vineyard and acreage views.
Each bathroom features luxury finishes and there own full bath.

LINEN
All linen is included in the cleaning fees and includes all beds made with white linen sheets pillowcases and towels.

BEDS
All 5 rooms have King beds that can be separated into singles. Great for a large group we cater for couples singles and families. Please note we require 5 datys notice to split beds as we need to order the linens

WEDDINGS
The house is situated on the La Vigna Estate Vineyard. Whilst we can do weddings and functions on the estate. Please dont enquire here as this site is for accommodation. Whilst we cant add a link or a number here the estate can be found easily online.

KITCHEN
Large 900cm Westinghouse oven cooktop dishwasher and french door fridge. Nespresso coffee maker. Kitchen is equipped with a large range of pots,pans, cups, glasses plates and cutlery.

PARKING
Plenty of free parking for a large number of vehicles. If you wish to do a wine tour before your check in please enquire as to where cars can be left.

BBQ and OUTDOOR
gas BBQ in entertaining area comes with gas. Large 12 to 14 seat outdoor entertaining table and chair.

FREE WIFI
Free NBN wifi. Password is on back of Modem and is the Wylankey.
Smart Tv has apps like Netflix and Youtube

The kitchen is equipped featuring a 6 meter island benchtop, perfect for entertaining.

We have a very large 10 meter pool that flows straight from the outdoor entertaining area.

LOCAL VINEYARDS
We are minutes away from many local vineyards. Wine tours can also be organized for direct pick up from the house.

PLEASE no Bucks or boys groups. No bands or speakers. We have other homes on the property. If you are coming up to party please look elsewhere.

CONCERT EVENTS
Rover coaches can do a pick up out the front of the estate. Then take you to your event. Please check with Rover coaches first.
Please do not book in behalf of someone else the person booking that books must attend .
This property is overlooking a beautiful acreage which includes a 5 acre shiraz vineyard.

We have 2 other neighbouring properties so can take larger groups who want there own space but also want to be close walking distance to each other

ONLINE BOOKINGS
Weekend rates. Most weekends are booked as a Friday Saturday. if booking the Saturday Sunday or Thursday Friday we will charge the full weekend rate. Slightly higher than the Saturday Sunday price

1 night stays on a Friday or Saturday are charged at the 2 night rate.

Prices do go up during concert weekends or peak season
3 nights minimum on all long weekends
Easter is a 4 night stay
