Featuring timber floors throughout, bi - fold doors that open out to a large entertaining decks facing the beach with bbq, covered area with heater for winter and outdoor lounge and dining setting.
Please be advised that there are stairs down from 110 Copacabana drive to front door . There are also stairs up from the carpark to the bottom deck of the house . Both sets of stairs do have a sensor light but we suggest if you are arriving at night that you have a torch handy. You will receive an entry code on final confirmation.

Bedroom 5 - 2 sets of bunks and 1 single. Small TV and views to the southern end of beach and access to bathroom through sliding door.
Bathroom/Laundry - shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer and access to deck.
Rumpus Area - Bi-folds opening to lower deck and garden, lounge, TV, 3/4 Pool Table, Foosball table, Kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge and sink. Full enclosed courtyard area with table and chairs

Parking for 4 cars at base of property.

Copacabana is about one hour drive north from Hornsby with a stunning beach and local shops, such as mini market (also has surf boards for hire), chemist, ice cream/lolly shop, bottle shop, news agency with post office, hair salon and several great coffee shops. There is Bar Copa at the Surf club for light meals or Bar Copa II for lovely Italian meals.

It is a short stroll to Copacabana Beach, (patrolled Sept through April school holidays) and Cochrane Lagoon for a bit of fishing or paddle boarding or along the beach it is an easy walk to the adjoining Macmasters Beach. You can also walk up Del Monte Place to Captain Cook Lookout for a great view up and down the coastline.

By car

Terrigal – 10 min - is close by for a bit of shopping and numerous restaurants.

Avoca - 5 min - is also worth a visit for its surf and restaurants and restored Avoca Theatre. There are Sunday markets every 4th Sunday at Heazlett Park Foreshore, Avoca Beach

Erina Fair - 2o min - is a major shopping complex within 20 minutes with Hoyts theatre and ice skating.

For the golfers try Gosford and Woy Woy courses or try the driving range at Kincumber.

The Central Coast offers National Parks for walking, Brisbane Waters for boating, the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby, and the Wildlife Park at Calga.

Public Transport

You can reach Copacabana beach by taking a train to GOSFORD and then a bus right into Copacabana Beach, that stops at the Surf Life Saving Club.. There is also a bus from Copacabana beach to Avoca Beach and to Erina Fair.
