BEDROOM 2 has a Queen Bed, a Single Bed...And extensive fitted wardrobe space.

BEDROOM 3 has a Queen bed and a bunk bed (2 single beds, placed one above the other)...And extensive fitted wardrobe space.

Both bedrooms are serviced on the same floor by a fully tiled main bathroom with an indulgent spa bath, large vanity, and frameless glass shower.

BEDROOM 4 is located in a central upstairs area with a single bed, small TV, Scandi single lounge chair, as well as generous storage cupboards.

All the beds have linen supplied, with pillows, sheets, quilts & quilt covers, including throw blankets to keep you nice and warm at night-

This house was perfect for my work trip. Peter was fantastic in communicating and responding, and allowed an early check-in, which was very helpful on the day. Great location and easy-to-access cafes, and restaurants...... very close to the city.

This was the perfect accommodation - both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The owner was also very friendly and flexible with arrangements.

Your support in conserving energy and recycling during your stay is greatly appreciated. Kindly ensure lights, AC, and appliances are switched off when not in use.

advertised as luxury and it certainly wasn't. says 4 bedrooms but one of them is a single bed on a landing area in front of bathroom that everyone has to pass to get to the toilet. bedroom downstairs had small wardrobe but two drawers at bottom were broken and stain on white quilt cover. the bedroom was so small if you had a suitcase you would have to keep it in the passage as nowhere to put a suitcase. no lamp on one of the bedside tables so if there was another person in the room they couldn't read in bed. can't enter through front door had to go down side of house to back door over mouldy paving. the second bathroom is a toilet with basin that's ok but shower (it's an old one with rounded doors) is in the small laundry with washing machine, a vacuum and bucket with dirty mop in it so very little room to dry yourself. no lamp shades on some of he ceiling lights, just bulbs. water or heat marks on dining table which was a really old one. living room has bi-fold doors so no screens and back door that you have to enter through doesn't have a screen and we were told by host that we were to keep garage door shut (that you have to walk through to get to back door to enter property) as he has blue tongue lizards. so couldn't keep door open for air or pet lizards may have come inside. we were charged 346.80 for a new door handle on bathroom that we were accussed of forcefully locking which we did not forecefully shut door.

Fantastic Stay with Peter being a most gracious and helpful host. Lovely property in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Great amenities. The only comments to make (not criticisms) is that there is no dryer and the bedrooms are upstairs with one being a walkway….which is fine unless that person wants privacy. Good wide staircase and extremely well appointed lounge/sitting area. Thank you Peter, we thoroughly enjoyed an almost 2 week stay. Lee and Wally

A very comfortable stay

Pete was very accommodating, greeting us at the property for a quick "run through." The layout of the living spaces flows really well. Beds were very comfortable & everything was clean & nicely presented. Great location with plenty of local amenities close by.

This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. The house is modern and spacious and has plenty of room and living space. The check in process is simple and Pete is an exceptional host. It was a great place to stay as it was close to public transport and shops. The city was only a 10 minute bus ride making it easy to escape the city but still be close to it!
