Discover a beautifully restored family retreat, just a ten‑minute drive from the city. Two bright living areas let guests spread out or gather together, while a brand‑new kitchen and renovated bathrooms feel fresh and luxurious. Outside, the large backyard beckons with a basketball hoop, veggie patch, fire pit, BBQ and dining under the stars. Suitable for families or groups, it includes secure parking and is just a five‑minute walk from cafés, a playground and leafy walking paths.
Behind a secure electric gate, the home welcomes you with a charming stone façade, wide verandah, and a manicured front garden. The backyard is a standout, offering a lawn area, basketball hoop, veggie patch, and firepit for evening gatherings.
Step inside through grand double doors into a spacious hallway featuring original ceilings that add character throughout. The main living room offers an elegant space to relax, while a second lounge is designed with kids in mind, complete with toys and games. Natural light flows through each space, and the home stays comfortable year-round with natural airflow.
A brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook and dine with ease—gas oven and stovetop, a coffee pod machine, SodaStream, and plenty of cookware. The adjoining dining area opens onto a covered patio with a large outdoor setting and BBQ—perfect for alfresco meals.
Sleeping arrangements are perfect for groups or families: the primary bedroom features a king bed, another offers a queen bed, the third has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom includes a tri-bunk; each comes with wardrobe space for your belongings.
The home also features a laundry area with a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and secure off-street parking for three cars.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Walk two minutes to Brew & Bite café for artisan coffee and all‑day brunch, or try Parkside Pantry just around the corner for homemade pies and pastries. For outdoor fun, explore the nearby Riverside Park with riverside walking tracks and a playground for kids. Foodies will appreciate the weekly farmers ’ market on Saturday mornings, while fitness lovers can join a yoga class in the community centre just a five‑minute stroll away. With easy access by car or bus, everything you need is within reach.
Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to three cars.
Airport: 28 minutes by car or 1 hour by public transport.
Getting around: Just a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
