What an incredible home.
Absolutely loved staying here with my group of girlfriends, such a beautiful home- Zara is absolutely beautiful and if you need anything she is super quick with replying. Highly recommend staying here.
The property was clean. Bottom garden area not maintained like in photos. Host entered the property during our stay several times with no communication to me as the person responsible for the booking. Made guests very uncomfortable.

We appreciate all guest feedback; however, it’s important to clarify the circumstances of this stay. The group engaged in continuous partying over the weekend, which resulted in significant disturbance and unacceptable mess, including vomiting in the gardens and on the retaining wall. This behavior clearly breaches our house rules, which prohibit excessive noise, parties, and disrespect of the property.
We had to step in and request that the guests clean up during their stay, which is not something we should have to do. Our villa is a well-maintained home intended for respectful enjoyment, not for party use. We kindly remind all future guests to review and follow our house rules to avoid similar issues.
We had a wonderful intergenerational family holiday at Coral Villa.Plenty of room for us all to spread out. Our host was most welcoming and accomodating to all our requests.Special treat for our holiday was the paella that Kushi helped us make one night for dinner. Excellent.Would definitely make a return visit .
A wonderful house surrounded by lush greenary. This house has it all for a luxury stay, very comfortable for 8 adults and kids. Great kitchen, beautiful bathroom, perfect verandah, good pool. We even used the spa one day which was fun. We’d definitely stay here again.
We stayed here with 16 family members. 11 adults and 5 children! It was absolutely perfect for us all to be together and enjoy a family holiday and the best of what Byron has to offer. Kushi was an amazing host, with quick communication and always happy to help.
Highly recommend!
Magical house for large family with plenty of areas for family members to get away from each other, with huge verandahs downstairs and upstairs as well as a barbecue area, with heated spa which the kids especially enjoyed. The owner/manager of the property was very helpful and friendly and was there to greet us.
The house was great for a family trip. Property manger was great and very responsive. The property does show signs of some wear and tear. The decking around the pool do causes some splinters for the little kids. Overall a great place to stay and all had a great time. The upstairs outdoor area was great for big family dinners
Booked for Schoolies 2024. The group (14 boys) enjoyed the house, especially with a big pool. It is about 5 mins by car from the town centre, and Ubers were very easy to get.
Kushi the host was great and very fair, however, there are house rules (all houses have similar rules over schoolies) that need to be abided by. Overall, a fabulous house and I would book it again.
This was a very good holiday home for our family group of 15 people aged from under 2 to 90, with plenty of space for everybody. The wide verandah overlooked a variety of trees, beyond which was a golf course. The property is close to beaches, and the swimming pool was excellent, especially for the kids. It was a short drive to supermarkets and other shops at Byron Bay, but far enough off the road that we didn't notice any traffic noise.
Special thanks to Kushi, the friendly onsite manager, who worked hard trying to fix the malfunctioning dishwasher, and then replaced it with a new one. He also installed lighting for the outside stairs.
The kitchen was well-stocked apart from a few items, some of which Kushi provided when we requested them, and others which we bought ourselves.
The bathrooms were good but there were nowhere near enough towel rails for our group. Fortunately the weather was sunny enough for us to hang our towels outside in the sun.
We were happy there and had a great time.

The property was very nice overall with a gorgeous view over the golf course and a lovely pool. We had a good time but we just have a few comments that we feel people should know about especially given the price that was charged. Upon arrival, there were a few issues that you would not expect for a 5 star property. The spa was not turned on, the property was not spotlessly clean and a few basic items were also missing (there was no soap, shampoo, coffee pods, or towels for the pool). The welcome experience could have easily been alot better for very little effort. The bedrooms were nice but the whoel house layout was a little awkward, with two bedrooms downstairs but no bathroom on that level. The master bathroom felt a bit tired and could use some maintenance. There is no door between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom door downstairs was broken. None of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made them quite hot. This was especially prevalent in the family bedroom where there was no airflow. There was only one aircon unit in the lounge. The beds were ok (bit hard). Some people were bothered by alot of ants in the master bedroom. We had to request fry pans to be brought to the house. For families, the games for kids were quite sparse, and there is no real outdoor space for kids or a dog to run around. That said, the owner was very responsive and lovely when we requested things.

We typically host lovely guests who enjoy the home, so it’s disappointing to respond to this. From arrival, you panicked—first about toilet paper, despite 12 rolls for four bathrooms, and I still brought more.
Then you panicked about frying pans, though there were already two, and I brought extras. You requested shampoos and bodywash also brought multiple types of coffee, and you wanted the spa raised from 27°C to 40°C. same time you complained about the heat, despite ocean breezes, ceiling fans, and a large air-conditioning system.
Additionally, you requested beach towels, which were not included but i was happy to provied extra towels . We always go above and beyond, but we hope future guests understand that the home is already well-equipped—without the need for panic.
This house was amazing. The amenities cannot be beat and the location was fantastic. Be sure to read the listing as although the advertisement says “sleeps 16” there are only enough rooms to house 14 in beds - we did not read this properly and had to have people sleeping on the couch. My only other concern was the check in - we arrived 10 minutes before the check in time (2:30) and the owner of the property had friends using the pool at the time. We hung around for a while and these friends did not leave when 2:30 rolled around. Was not a huge issue but just a bit strange to show up and have strangers on the property so close to and past check in time. We paid a good amount of money to use the property so it would have been nice to have these friends off the property long before check in time! Other than this the stay was great and we really appreciate the opportunity to visit this lovely property!
Wow! Wow! The whole experience from beginning to end was sensational.
The owners welcomed us and made sure everything was just perfect for our holiday...
The house and pool area were stunning and it felt like we were in our own resort! Zara (the owner) was always available if there were any questions and I would highly recommend this incredible home and location to anyone who wanted the 'best of the best' in Byron. Thank you to the owners who made our holiday so memorable...Judy
We booked this property for a groom and bridal party, plus partners.
The house was amazing, with the pool and hot tub being big pluses. Zara was excellent in responding to all our needs but also gave us absolute privacy during our stay.
Highly recommend to anyone with a large group looking to enjoy the house and adjoining golf course.
