We stayed in this house for a short vacation and absolutely loved it. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. It’s centrally located and quiet. The house is clean and maintained well. We have no complaints and we will definitely stay here again. The hosts left us a welcome gift of shark teeth and that’s what we were in Venice to search for. It was such a nice and unexpected treat!!! Do yourself a favor and book this house, you won’t regret it!!! Five stars all the way!!!!

Amazing place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this location and it will always be our preferred place to book in Venice! The house was amazing and well stocked. The location is great and the hosts are very good at communicating!

Perfect location

Our long weekend trip was perfect! The house was maintained exceptionally well and so cute! The host left 2 capsules of shark teeth for my nephews, which was so thoughtful. They supplied everything needed for the perfect beach day finding shark teeth! 5 stars all the way across!

Great place

The house was exactly as pictured. It was well stocked and very clean!!I think the towels, sheets and pillows need an upgrade. The shark teeth as a guest gift was delightful.

Amazing House for Families

Amazing house located near multiple beaches that are fantastic for shark teeth hunting. We loved all of the amenities and even the gifts when we arrived. The house was very spacious and well equipped with many little things you for get about. But the best part was that there was ample shark teeth hunting equipment that you can use as well as beach accessories like chairs and umbrellas. Dustin and Luisa are great host and we will definitely return in the future when we want to go shark teeth hunting!

Beach Bliss

Never Winter was an excellent place to stay! The house was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay relaxing. The screened in porch was a lovely way to start the day enjoying a cup of coffee while watching a variety of birds fly to the feeder for their morning breakfast. The proximity to so many beaches was a highlight. Dustin and Luisa were such thoughtful hosts providing the beach equipment to make a day in the sun and sand perfect, including the tools needed to hunt for shark teeth. Excellent home and hosts!

House is very well stocked…just bring yourself and your clothes!! Loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the Manasota beaches and legacy bike trail. Don’t forget go to Detwiler’s market.

Clean and spacious home in Venice

Well maintained, very spacious. Didn’t use the kitchen much as we spent most time on the go. Quiet neighborhood and owners very responsive when we needed to use the bikes. Great stay!

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood

Very clean and spacious home with a great layout and a beautiful Lanai to enjoy morning coffee and listen to a variety of birds. Close to everything including shopping and the beach. Great supply of beach items and everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Also included bathroom and kitchen supplies which was very nice. Area is very quiet and we would stay again. Dustin was very responsive when we had accidentally locked ourselves out on the first day! Thank you for being so gracious.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I love this property, convenient to so many things, especially the beaches, comfortable, spacious, great lay out and we particularly liked the lanai and lush lot adjoining the property. Great vacation site. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay during the month of January 2023. The place was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Dustin, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the opportunity to spend some time with him. He shared some local information with us. That was an added bonus. We would highly recommend booking this home.

We were pleased with this home. It is very spacious and comfortable. Lovely home.

The owners welcomed us to this home with fresh flowers in a vase. That impressed me. I loved the shaded lanai. So pleasant to have coffee out their or play games at the table there. The location is close to so many places you will want to visit. The owners provided a book with suggested things to do and reaturants you might like. We had an enjoyable family stay there.

Great house and quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to the beaches and parks. We really enjoyed using the bikes and riding on the Legacy Trail along the canal. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Owners thought of everything … including baggies for leftovers & scissors for C’mas wrapping! History of area & recommendations for shopping/eating, etc. all found in binder owners put together!! Delightful!

We recently relocated to Sun Coast, Florida to get out of the snow and winters of Denver, Colorado. As a Florida native myself, its great to be back in the Sunshine State and my husband is getting his first snowless Winter (he's from Minnesota and Colorado).
