Location is perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach. House also came stocked with good beach gear and bikes/wagon. Communication with host was easy and fast. Will definitely try to stay here again.

The house is lovely. We loved the front porch. Although we did not use the lanai on the lower level, it is a great place for outdoor activities and outdoor meals. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the large center island which came in very handy as we all prepared dinner together. The only downside was the temperature control. We were fortunate that it was cooler weather, but in the afternoon the house did get warm. The thermostat is remote controlled so we could not adjust it to cool the house down. The host was accommodating to our request. I would just suggest working out the temperatures you would like with Jeff prior to your stay. Overall, the stay, the house, the location was excellent.

The host was very responsive. The house is in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked. Loved the front porch and downstairs porch with games. We spent time on both. The house is very nice and was a perfect size for our family. We enjoyed using the bikes. It was helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella as well. We had a wonderful stay at Ave Maria!

Wonderful family home

We loved the house and used the front screened in porch and downstairs screened in room so much. They were great when grands woke up earlier than everyone else. Great location and had everything we needed! Wonderful stay!

Great beach house two blocks from the beach

The home is spectacular and we had a wonderful stay with family and friends that came to visit. We would stay here again any time. Close to the beach and one block from Pine Ave where you can eat and shop. We rented a golf cart and had fun.

We had a lovely visit at this VRBO. Jeff was communicative and responsive. This VRBO has SO many extras!!! It's the little things that you don't realize you need till you're away from home and need it, well, they've likely got it there for you. Great location and would absolutely stay there again!

Best stay yet!

This was our third stay at this property/house. We feel very comfortable, and love the renovated kitchen this year. The walking proximity to the beach, and some of the restaurants is convenient. Just a short drive to play pickle ball or tennis. One of our favorite things to do is sitting on the porch in the morning and drinking our coffee before we plan our day.

Cozy and quaint beach house

The house felt very homey, it was quaint and cozy, almost felt like a relative lived there and let me borrow it for a few days. Jeff communicated info about check-in and more a couple of days ahead of our arrival, and again the day of. Self check-in was a breeze since the door lock was digital and the code had already been provided. The house was comfortable, thoroughly clean, well equipped (full kitchen, linen closet with extra towels, bedsheets and blankets), with different spaces to gather (inside and out), comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, everything well stocked, even welcomed us with a tray of snacks and water bottles. My young child was always entertained with toys and games found in the living room tv unit. The house is on the older side but evidently kept well cleaned and maintained. Although we didn’t use any of it because we had brought what we needed, there was a storage unit full of beach chairs, toys, a cart, bikes, and probably more that was made available to use. Having the downstairs, outdoor shower was great to rinse off the sand when arriving from the beach. Location was also great, 2 blocks away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. I already recommended this place to a relative looking to go to AMI soon!

Perfect in every way!

From booking to checking out everything was absolute perfection! Host was super friendly and responsive. The house was super clean and in the perfect location. It had everything you needed for a beach trip. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Great location

Beautiful location. Anywhere you want to be is walkable. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and other points of interest nearby. The beach is a very short walk, basically two blocks away. The photos on VRBO do not do the house justice. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location to the beach, general store, etc. The screened in porch and patio areas were are wonderful. Having the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use in the shed was so helpful for our family.
