The Seaview Suite: GREAT VIEWS, VERY CLOSE TO BEACH!

This bright and sunny 3rd floor suite offers beautiful bay views. It has a nice open layout, large kitchen, and washer/dryer included. The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds are topped with gel/memory foam for extra comfort. There is 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. Fiber WiFi and Smart TV included. The beautiful beach and park are just a few steps away. Also extremely close are all the shops and restaurants of Onset Village. Walk to many local restaurants, beaches, and water activities. You will love Onset- and you will love the view and relaxing atmosphere of the Seaview Suite!

For your safety and convenience everything is operated via keycode. There is a fire suppression/sprinkler system outfitted throughout the building. There are security cameras at the building's front entrance and in the building's common hallway (none inside the apartment). We provide a dedicated parking spot in our parking lot for you (along with 2 parking passes for additional street parking).

We are dog friendly! If bringing a pet please list them on the reservation. Our pet fee is $20 per pet per day.

**Onset is a highly desirable location. The village is very walkable with many nice beaches and parks, as well as great restaurants and water activities. Local activities (walking distance to the house) include: 3 beautiful parks, beautiful beaches, outdoor concert area, kayak, SUP, or boat rentals, Canal cruises, fishing, and playground area. You can also walk to the market, post office, village shops, and restaurants. There's also a water park, mini golf, and other activities a short drive away! It is central to many areas of interest: Very close to the rest of Cape Cod, 20 min to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket, 25 minutes to historic Plymouth, 1 hr to Provincetown, 1 hr to Boston, 1 hr to Providence or Newport RI. We also provide a guest Welcome Guide with recommended restaurants and activities.

This property was wonderful for our first visit to Cape Cod. Check in was clearly explained and very easy. The rental was clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the bay and the beach from the third floor. AC worked great on some hot days. Onset is a nice beach town with access to the rest of the cape. Fantastic spot

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days around the holiday. Arrival and check-in was seamless, with the host allowing us to get in an hour early due to some previous plans in the area. Our two college kids enjoyed having space to spread out, and even met local friends at Mark Anthony’s right next-next door. It was bitterly cold the weekend we were there, and there was some ice on the steps. A quick message to the host with a very speedy reply to say that ice melt should’ve been delivered. In fact, there was ice melt at the bottom of the front stairs and we easily spread it out, problem quickly solved. Sunrise over the bay was lovely for this Cape Cod girl turned Vermonter. The shower is a little bit tight, but it gets the job done. We would definitely consider staying in this rental again.

The apartment was brilliant, the view from the balcony was lovely, a great place to enjoy your coffee at any time of day. The property was easy to find, ample parking, clean, cosy and warm. The beds were comfy and rooms generous. There was enough comfy seating for everyone. We stayed with our two sons (20 and 17) everyone had enough space of there own. Onset is a gorgeous place, sleepy in October but with everything you need. We ate at the pizza place, good food and friendly service and had a drink over the road at the bar. A great place to people watch and meet the locals. The Art at Trevor's is amazing and there is a cute little gift shop Tide and True which is certainly worth stopping by. We visited Chatham and Nauset lighthouse. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property and Onset to anyone visiting the Cape.

This property was amazing! The three large bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The view was incredible directly across the street from Onset Beach and park. The properry is located behind the shops in the center of town. We ate at the pizza place in town and Stonebridge for dinner, both were fantastic. Two adults and my two children stayed very comfortably. I messaged the owner about parking and she quickly got nack to me within 3 minutes with an answer. I wpuld definately stay here again in season and take the kids to Water Wizz direclty arpubd the corner.

We made a quick trip to do some college visits in Boston. The unit was just as advertised. We didn't spend a lot of time on site, but the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out. Onset is a fun little town, and we'd consider coming back for a long weekend just to take it easy.

Great stay in a quaint, convenient location

I came here with 3 people for a low-key bachelorette weekend from Fri - Sun. The property manager, Carolyn, was super responsive and helpful (even when I was asking her things that I realized were already in the welcome book!). There was a beach literally across the street, restaurants and shops right on the corner, walking distance to EVERYTHING. We were provided with bath and beach towels, linens, and even k-cups for coffee in the morning. The condo itself was beautiful with a nice deck and amazing views of the beaches, plenty of seating in the kitchen, the living room, and on the deck. Plus there were a couple of extra beach chairs provided on the deck if we needed any for the beach. A/C in every room, as well as in the living room. Beds were comfy! Washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Parking was pretty convenient - I recommend taking one car here so you can park in the parking lot, but second and third cars will be provided with parking passes to park on the street directly in front of the house, or there's free parking on the street directly behind the house, so it was still super convenient. The free parking behind the house has a 2-hour limit so I think you'd probably have to move your car around if you chose to park there (we didn't need to at all bc there was plenty of parking on the street in front with passes), as there was someone coming around checking license plates. However, we DID move our car in the morning on Sunday to the free parking, that way we could return the parking pass and still have a place to park AFTER checkout so we could go to the beach for an hour or two (I recommend doing this). There is also metered parking up and down the streets around the neighborhood - $1/hour up to 2 hours if you want to drive to any restaurants and don't feel like taking the very short walk. We got some great and inexpensive ice cream and candy at Nana's on the corner, and ate at the Stonebridge Bar & Grill (a 6-7 minute walk) a couple of times - plenty of spacious outdoor seating, we made a reservation for dinner one night and just walked in for lunch the third day, with no problems and barely any wait. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, and probably will! Thanks, Carolyn!

I grew up in the area and love the beach. My husband and I also run a company (MemoryCo) that helps seniors stay engaged and entertained while in Assisted living/Memory Care.

Why they chose this property

This property was built circa 1890 as a Victorian Sea Captain's house. Later, after the turn of the century it was turned into a hotel known as the Marcy House, and later, The Prospect Inn. During the 1920's the property was known for having a 'speak easy' during times of prohibition. There is a lot of history and a lot of great energy on the property. The location is also prime, because it is steps to the beach and steps to many of the great restaurants in Onset. The apartments are very open and can comfortably a large family. The kitchens are well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.

What makes this property unique

We are uniquely situated in a perfect spot- steps from Onset and Shell Point beaches, steps from Marc Anthony's famous pizza, and right across the street from a fantastic breakfast diner. Within very close walking distance you will also find a local market/liquor store, post office, spa, salon, multiple beautiful parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, local bars, and nice waterfront dining options. We are also very close to the boat rental/kayak rental area. You could spend a week in Onset and not need to drive at all! In additional there are many fairs, festivals, and concerts happening all summer long!
