Home away from home

Amazing view of the ocean, everything we needed including a wonderful library of books for the rainy days (Kids and Adults) Lots of space ypu don't feel croweded or on top of each other. Really enjoyed our stay and will plan sto stay again!

Great House

Wonderful weekend. The house has amazing views and plenty of space for families. The amount of board games was impresive! The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needes to cook a feast.

Finally got in!

We arrived at the property about 20 min after our scheduled check in time. The lockbox code was correct, no problems there, however, it was empty! The online guest portal gave me a text only number and a number to call if you have any problems…but I could not get a response from either of these numbers!! When I finally got thru on the call line, the person tried to convince me to check into a hotel and get reimbursed. But finding last minute hotel reservations in August on the Oregon coast is impossible! Finally after I repeatedly told the person that we NEEDED TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY, they connected me to the local management company. I don't know why they didn't do this in the first place, the local management company was immediately helpful, got us in to the property within 20 mins of the phone call! The location is incredible, we kept sliding doors open most of the time for the ocean views and air! The beds could be updated, the mattresses seemed pretty worn, but overall a very nice place to stay at the beach.

Great vacation rental

This rental is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the foosball table and fire pit are a great plus. Perfect place to stay for a larger group.

No shower up stairs. Basement very musty and a full (small) bathroom in the garage!

Witherspoon stay

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great. The view is great. Beach access is easy. Plenty of room. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Knives need to be sharpened and the plates and glasses are in an awkward place. But other than that, we loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on the Oregon coast. The view from the house is spectacular. We are two older couples with a small dog. Enjoying the view outside those huge windows was our favorite part. The weather in early November was perfect, because we only had two days of rain the whole week. The walk to the beach was directly across the street and easy for us. We enjoyed the great coffee shops and restaurants in Depoe Bay.

Teachers Retreat

We had a nice stay in this house. The location is great. Kitchen and living room were nice. We do suggest one more love seat as a couple of us had to sit on kitchen chairs as we gathered to relax. Beds were fine but one of the beds in the basement was held up by some pieces of wood in one corner. All in all, we enjoyed our time and we were mostly comfortable.

Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, dis ware, pots, pans , appliances, etc. housekeeping had done a nice job of cleaning. it ihad lovely view of ocean over roof tops. There were no blinds on the view windows causing a huge glare every afternoon. There appeared to be short in the dining room light fixture. The downside for our group was that there was only one bathroom with an actual shower, The other bathroom had one tub and a hand held spray feature which was not a shower unit. The downstairs is largely unfinished with furniture , a TV, and beds. The half downstairs is in the garage downstairs.The basement has an outside door and large window but smells musty. We rented it for the two and a half baths, view and proximity to the beach. It delivered on 2 of the 3 priorities.

Nice pleasant property

Clean. Good location. Easy to get to and check in. The furniture and furnishings are a little worn but this didn't detract much from the stay. Upstairs bedroom mattress has seen better days

Great stay at the beach!

Overall, this was a great home to stay at for a beach retreat with friends and family. Tons of room! The house itself is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Highway 101. It's not on the beach, but it sits high on a hill overlooking the homes in front and has a fantastic view of the beach. Beach access is effortless with a short walk down the road that leads to a trail that takes you right to the sand. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals for a large family or group of friends, though the dishes needed some cleaning. Other than that, I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great view! I will definitely be booking again!

Comfortable for a group

The property is a little dated, but great room offers lots of comfortable seating. Dog-friendliness is a big plus.

Gathering place for a group

This is a lovely home that can accommodate a lot of people. Check out the bed arrangements and space. We especially enjoyed the deck facing the ocean (so did our dot) -- perfect for morning and evening relaxing.

Great house, great location, very comfortable!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 to stay for two nights. The main level with the deck looking out onto the ocean was perfect for our dad with mobility limitations. The house was equipped with every possible kitchen/cooking utensil needed. The whale watching was amazing, and there were plenty of binoculars available to further enjoy the resident whales. The firepit was enjoyed by all. Very nice to be able to enjoy a fire near the ocean without having to do so on the beach. The only thing we would recommend is to have more bath and kitchen towels. There were not enough of either on hand. The two smaller beds shown in the photos are in the basement, which is very nice, but are far away from parents if intended for small children. So, we ended up making a make-shift bed in the loft for the kids, which they treated as a fort and was just as fun! Great house, great location, and we hope to stay there again next summer! A note on the check in process: Check in time of 5pm in the summer seemed somewhat unreasonable. With the prices of a night's stay, and check out time at 11am the next day, it seems there should be discounts given for this very late check in time. I understand the need to have time to clean a large home as this between visits, but with the check out pre-cleaning done by renters such as starting the dishwasher and a load of laundry, this should be reconsidered.

Lincoln Beachhouse

A short 4 night stay. The house is in a great location. Best house in the neighborhood-just steps from the beach. The large deck was great. The fireplace was an excellent added benefit. Our small dog also enjoyed the open space concept, and the brightness (when the sun was out ). We cooked all our meals, and plenty of utensils. One item missing in the kitchen is a corkscrew. Would be good to be able to enjoy Oregon wines. We would stay here again.

Great view and good accommodations. Lower floor is obviously under construction and not really usable. Thankfully we had some cancel in our party. Overall, would book again.
