Cute cabin

This was a perfect weekend getaway before school started. We enjoyed hiking, tubing, walking around Helen and relaxing in the jacuzzi in the evenings. We loved the screened in porch with dining area and all of the yard “toys”.

It was beautiful and my family and i enjoyed it so much. So close to beautiful attractions near.

It was the most enjoyable airbnb i’ve had in a while and there is so much on the property itself to enjoy and many things to do in the area. Will be back again!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

This cabin was so cute and had everything we needed. Tons of outdoor games and activities including a hot tub and on-site creek. We enjoyed watching a movie using the projector and screen provided, enjoyed building a fire in the fire pit. The beds slept warm and cozy. There is no dishwasher but we didn’t mind. We loved the peaceful location, yet close to many different areas such as Helen, Dahlonega, Cleveland and Clayton. Price was great. We will come back!

Beautiful rustic cabin on lovely property. The decor was adorable and the cabin was very comfortable with plenty of room for our two boys. The host was super friendly and very accommodating!!

A family's paradise

Loved everything! This house was perfect for our little family spring break. All the outdoor activities that come with the house and the access to the creek had our kids constantly entertained.

Abundant Details -Precious

From easy booking to great communication and a cabin filled with awesome little details. This cabin is the place to stay in. Helen Georgia. The outside is filled with fun activities, great place for a bonfire and the hot tub is wonderful. Absolutely recommend.

Returned for a second stay and loved it!

We love this cabin (second time staying here). The backyard is amazing for children with a shallow creek that is great for kids to play in as well as a multitude of yard games, gold panning, firepit, rope swing, etc. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The only minor recommendation I would have is more pots/pans that aren’t torn up and are larger. Also neither of the two can openers work. But these are minor details. Overall place is amazing and will definetly return!

Had an unforgettable experience

I absolutely loved this rental cabin. It's very rustic and the outdoor games on the property were a lot of fun. Super quiet and secluded. Couldn't ask for a better way to get away from it all for a while. Beautiful farmhouse motifs and design. I would definitely recommend if you were looking for a place to stay in the area. I'll probably be coming back at some point in the future just for fun.

FIRST TIME VISIT TO HELEN

The property, the good side: The cabin is as pictured, decorated as vintage country style. The yard is large, mostly secluded and yard is equipped with many outdoor activity options. Cabin was acceptably clean and equipped. The screened porch is great.The property, the ? side: The posted pictures make the the rooms appear larger than they are. The cabin is probably comfortable for two couples or a couple and 2-3 kids but no more. As stated, it is decorated as vintage, unfortunately some of the "vintage" is probably picked up off side of the road, example is dresser in master BR. Property owner has hot water set so that it only gets warm, never hot. HVAC is controlled by a funky thermostat that continuously changes to some preset temps or either it is controlled remotely by wifi. Have to monitor the thermostat constantly to maintain cooler temp. A/C does not keep upstairs cool, no air flow. Property owner is aware of this because large BR has a portable cooling unit. Unfortunately the exhaust hose on it is damaged and will not stay attached. We manage to rig it so it would work to cool room somewhat but needs legitimate repair.Bottom line, we would rent this property again but we are now aware of its shortcomings. The positives do outweigh the negatives on this property but would not rate it as excellent (5 stars) but above average (4 stars).

SpringBreak Cut Short,

I will give credit where it's due, the cabin was cute, clean, the beds were comfy, location was great, and the creek was a blast for my littles.. BUT the property manager was not responsive, the yard was cluttered, weird shed in the front, a bridge was connected to another property with a camper right next to it making it feel like someone could come on the property at any time, they had old ropes hanging over the creek (which my 8 year old swung on & it broke causing her to fall into the river & she landed on a tree), landline was not in working order, the hot water to the shower downstairs would go from scalding hot to freezing cold, and every night we would seem to get extreme headaches & feel very unwell. We had to cut our trip short leaving a day early because of how UNwell we felt. Highly disappointed with how this trip ended.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely beautiful property. So peaceful it was like massage sitting on the porch drinking coffee. Every little detail was done with love. My only recommendation is to replace the upstairs mattress in the double bed. There is a gigantic hole in the middle of the mattress.

Loved the setup and decor of this cabin. There were plenty of spaces to relax and congregate inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. We enjoyed having games to pass the time. And the washer and dryer came in handy too! The local contact was very prompt in answering questions. Would definitely stay here again!
