Easy access to a quiet beach with plenty of space. The condo was well appointed with all the needed items to enjoy our stay. This unit could easily support a family of 4 or 5 and the location was great for exploring cocoa village, Merritt island, and cocoa beach.

We were in the area with 2 of our teenagers for college visits and stayed in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect for us and the property met all our needs with the pool and beach access. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck and got to see a rocket launch which was an added bonus!

Amazing Stay!

We had the best stay during our vacation! It was relaxing and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to the beach. Our balcony had great views of the ocean as well. The area was so nice with lots of great restaurants around. We definitely plan on staying there again!

Wonderful location on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We loved the view and quietness of this rental. Looks just like the pictures! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas for our time on the sand. Check in was easy and our host, Zareh, was quick to answer any questions we had. Spring getaway

Great condo right on the beach and next to the pier. Short drive to Orlando for all of the sights there. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Condo was clean, trendy, and comfortable. We even saw a Space ex rocket launch from the rooftop. Pool was so warm, too! Wish we could have stayed longer

Please was clean and delightful! We had the best stay and are so glad we picked Chateau by the Sea for our spring break. Beach was amazing, heated pool was immensely enjoyed and we thought the location was perfect. Also - having an aerobed and a cooler, umbrella and chairs was super convenient! Meant we could pack very little for our road trip from Virginia. Highly recommend!

Zareh made our stay in 504, top notch. Small issues were handled quickly and resolved. Condo was clean and well stocked. James installed a replacement towel rod in the bathroom with no disruption to our vacation plans for the day. The pool was clean and inviting. Walking to Joanne’s for breakfast and Rikki Tiki tavern for drinks was great! Highly recommend this property!
