Easy access to a quiet beach with plenty of space. The condo was well appointed with all the needed items to enjoy our stay. This unit could easily support a family of 4 or 5 and the location was great for exploring cocoa village, Merritt island, and cocoa beach.

Great stay!

We were in the area with 2 of our teenagers for college visits and stayed in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect for us and the property met all our needs with the pool and beach access. Loved the sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck and got to see a rocket launch which was an added bonus!

Excellent view. Beautiful beach. Literally minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment. If we can get the same unit, we will definitely be back.

Beach Treasure

Wonderful location on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We loved the view and quietness of this rental. Looks just like the pictures! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas for our time on the sand. Check in was easy and our host, Zareh, was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a Cocoa Beach treasure!

Spring getaway

Great condo right on the beach and next to the pier. Short drive to Orlando for all of the sights there. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and for our stay. Condo was clean, trendy, and comfortable. We even saw a Space ex rocket launch from the rooftop. Pool was so warm, too! Wish we could have stayed longer

Great place to stay! Very clean, comfortable, condo with great view of the Beach. Zero issues during our stay. Has a great rooftop deck that is perfect to watch rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

Relaxing time

Everything was a described, fantastic communication and even shared local “to do’s” in the area- recommendations were great. Pool is great and beach is right there!

With vacation rentals, you're never exactly sure whether the property, when you arrive, is exactly as advertised. Great family vacation!!

We had an excellent stay for our family vacation! Our room was clean and so beautiful! The view was awesome from our balcony and we loved the roof top deck! We had everything we needed in our room and more! Kelsey was an amazing host! So ready and willing to answer any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate us a few hrs earlier when we arrived into town earlier than we expected!! Hands down one of the easiest check in check outs! We can't wait to stay again!!

Spring break stay

We booked this stay last minute for spring break. Immediately we had fast and efficient communication from this family owned property management company. Kelsy responded immediately to all our emails and gave great recommendations for local offerings. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the elevators and grounds and pool area were always clean the entire week. Others had reported the pool as small but this is not a large condo and so we never felt this was an issue. The location is excellent and we never left the area during the day. You can easily walk to Publix and restaurants and Ron Jons. I highly recommend A1 rentals for surf boards, extra beach chairs or whatever you need that the condo does not supply. We called at 9am for extra chairs and surf boards and they were delivered in 20 minutes and picked up timely on our last day. They were recommended by Kelsy as well. Loved having a cooler, 2 chairs and boogie board to use for the week. The air mattress was comfortable and not an issue for an extra bed option. Minor issues that we encountered throughout our stay were quickly remedied and Kesly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Publix for

Fantastic stay

Please was clean and delightful! We had the best stay and are so glad we picked Chateau by the Sea for our spring break. Beach was amazing, heated pool was immensely enjoyed and we thought the location was perfect. Also - having an aerobed and a cooler, umbrella and chairs was super convenient! Meant we could pack very little for our road trip from Virginia. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

We had the best stay during our vacation! It was relaxing and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to the beach. Our balcony had great views of the ocean as well. The area was so nice with lots of great restaurants around. We definitely plan on staying there again!

Stayed for softball tournament- everything was great! We grilled out with our softball families.

Wish we would have had covered area for grilling and eating. Would be nice to have more tables outside.

Excellent location

Zareh made our stay in 504, top notch. Small issues were handled quickly and resolved. Condo was clean and well stocked. James installed a replacement towel rod in the bathroom with no disruption to our vacation plans for the day. The pool was clean and inviting. Walking to Joanne’s for breakfast and Rikki Tiki tavern for drinks was great! Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location, lovely condo

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo had nice views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. It was a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, Publix, many restaurants and stores and was right on the beach. The condo itself and the property were very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the internet, and it was resolved very quickly. Communication with the property management team was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. We would definitely stay here again if in Cocoa Beach.
