Brug en af de gratis ø-ride-tjenester (kun tip) til at besøge Siesta Key-landsbyen, der tilbyder mange spisesteder og underholdningsmuligheder. Siesta Key offentlige strand ligger kun 1/4 mile og tilbyder adgang til yderligere faciliteter såsom tennisbaner, pavilloner, skyggefulde picnicområder, legeplads og er vært for mange af øens festligheder hele året rundt.

Ankom til dette sommerhus på øen med rigelig parkering, ingen nøgler til afhentning eller check-in for at gennemføre, ankom og start din ferie. Gå ind gennem hoveddøren, du træder ind i hovedområdet. Møbleret med sofa og stole til afslapning omkring fladskærms-tv. Denne opholdsstue tilbyder også et komplet spisestue med plads til 6. Ved siden af opholdsrummet er køkkenet udstyret med 3 stykke større apparatsæt blandt andre små køkkenapparater og lagerført til let til medium madlavningsbehov.

Hjemmet tilbyder en delt planløsning med soveværelset på den ene side af hjemmet og de to gæsteværelser på den modsatte side. Det store soveværelse er lige gennem de franske døre fra stuen og er møbleret med et queensize soveværelset og fladskærms-tv. Privat badeværelse med brusebad. Når du bevæger dig mod den modsatte side af hjemmet, finder du to gæsteværelser. Den ene er indrettet med et soveværelse med queensize-seng, mens den anden er indrettet med to dobbeltsenge. Begge gæsteværelser udstyret med fladskærms-tv og deler et badeværelse lige ved gangen med kombination af badekar / bruser.

På bagsiden af hjemmet er der en lille gårdhave møbleret med udeservering og adgang til en parkstil kulgrill.

The location is perfect! Highly recommend the Sunday evening drum circle at the public beach. Communication with the property owner was a bit challenging but we worked around that.

Easy check-in and check-out. The interior is very nice and very clean--it was spotless when we checked in. The exterior needs some work and a paint job, but the interior was very nice and well-furnished. This place has everything you'll need and only a 5-minute walk to the huge beach. Good location with easy trolley ride into the village. Remote check in and check was very easy.

Nice place near beautiful beaches

Great location in the Sarasota/Venice area. This home was perfectly located for us. Neat and clean and we were able to walk to the beach. We had a great stay.

Spring Break

Overall it was a great stay. Close proximity to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk but we had a wagon for all our stuff so it wasn’t that bad. The unit was clean but it Could definitely use some updating. It was nice having the 3 bedrooms which isn’t easy to find beachside on Island. Would stay again.

Conveniently located

This is our second year saying at Siesta Beach House. Location has private walk to beach and free chairs to use on the beach. Pool area is clean and has bathrooms. It was never busy so it felt like a private pool. Cottage had ample living room area and was clean. Good amount of kitchen cooking items. Outdoor setting area on porch. Washer and drier on sight is helpful.

A Nice Beachfront location

Overall nice place…It is interesting that their is no onsite manager to connect with even though there is a office space. I was told locally that this has become common since Covid. We still really enjoyed our stay and the interaction with the property manager we had via phone call was helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thanks

Siesta key beach house B

Property was spacious and cleanly. The laundry facilities are communal and in a separate building. We loved the location with respect to downtown. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people. And there was new construction going on right next to the cottage. So it was very noisy and lots of equipment to navigate around - not very relaxing! Overall our stay was good and we love the Siesta Key area - beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants and activities.

Siesta getaway

We where surprice that property was next to office but overall it was nice A/C was working but did not cool during day inside temp 82 it on going problem as the have fans on the ceiling and floor fans. To the owner easy fix remove the fence around the condense unit outside for it to circulate air and the Compressor can cool down. Would be back if A/c fix closes to community pool and 4mint walk to beach.

Good location-Ok house

The location for this property is nice. Across from the pool and short walk to the beach. The property is outdated and not well maintained. The property management was responsive to our emails regarding the AC not properly working and lights that didn’t work. However maintenance came twice and didn’t fix either issue. Our family was unhappy that one towel and one wash cloth per person were provided to use for the WEEK. We were actually one short and my children had to share. There is a small coin laundry room a short walk away that we used but unhappy it took away from our vacation time.

Thanks for staying. There was no issue found with the a/c. with 10 people at the property and children constantly going in and out to the pool, during the day, it was not able to keep temperature during the day. Light is on a three-way switch, there was nothing to repair. Number of towels provided is based on number of people on the booking. There is a laundry facility on-site and is coin or mobile APP operated.

Wasn’t quite what we expected!

The cleaning people did a very poor job of cleaning and there was even mold on the dishwasher racks! The house needs some fixing & ,plumbing , ( the sinks had no stoppers ! The bathroom needed to have some blinds in two of the windows because at night people can see in! It is not a very good place for elderly people because of all the different level’s throughout the house!!

Perfect location

The house is definitely need of updates but, that didn't stop us from having a good time. One thing that needs mentioning is once at the beach which chairs is associated with the buildings and the fact the chairs have to stay within the designated beach area. We had to move all of our stuff and chairs because someone made us. Wish we knew the rule ahead of time.

Cottage B

The property didn’t look exactly like the pictures. A maintenance person was working on the broken bed in the back bedroom when we arrived. He tried to glue the rail back together. He said he would be back Monday with new rails but we never saw him. We slept in a leaning bed the whole week. We also recommend that there be more than one fob to enter the beach area. That’s very inconvenient when you have adults coming and going at different times. We were a little disappointed because the property looked old. Luckily, we spent lots of time out of the cottage.

We can not control inventory of items that need to be repaired due to the previous guest breaking the bed. The bed was repaired while new bed frame was ordered which has now arrived and installed. 1 Key fob is enough to lose every week.
