Guest access

The whole home is yours: house, fenced backyard, heated pool, putting green, garage game room and driveway. Self check-in with a smart lock; your unique door code arrives on arrival day. The driveway fits up to 4 vehicles and City of Bradenton rules do not allow street parking for vacation rentals, so groups in more cars should carpool. Two owner closets stay locked.

Other things to note

Pool temperature: The pool is heated, but water temperature can still be affected by unusually cold weather. We do our best to maintain a comfortable temperature, but cannot always guarantee an exact pool temperature.

Starter supplies: We provide starter quantities of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. For longer stays or larger groups, nearby Winn-Dixie makes restocking easy.
