A 2-bedroom apartment situated in Kata Village, a short distance to Kata Beach, one of the most beautiful beach in Phuket. This apartment is perfect for families or a group of friends. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kata Beach yet close enough to the beach and busy seafront street, this tranquil apartment with beautiful mountain & pool view comfortably accommodates 4-5 people as it is spacious with an outdoor patio, a balcony and a terrace walkway around the apartment.
No Cleaning Fees and no Additional Fees for Electricity/Water usage. One flat rate when you book, no surprises. Many rental places charge for Cleaning and Electricity/Water usage leading to an unpleasant experience at the end of your stay. I don't.

This apartment is located along Patak Road, a main artery road that connects Kata area to all major beaches and places of interests on the island of Phuket. There are plenty of local food eateries within a short stroll. This area has many local restaurants, supermarket, convenience stores, pharmacies, hotels and homes of local families.
