これは新しく改装された古い家です。 家と財産はすべて自分で所有しますが、何か必要な場合は近くにあり、問題を迅速に解決できます。

The pillows and bed were great. I really like the attention to using cloth instead of paper. It would be nice to have cloth napkins in addition to the cloth paper towels. It was easy to check in and nice to touch base with the owners.

Cute cottage that was a great place to stay for a couple of days while in Atlanta. The hosts were very nice and the rooms were clean. There are no paper towels or napkins for environmental reasons - there are plenty of cloth reusable towels but just know before you go if that’s not for you. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Atlanta Trip for Family.

I needed a place my husband and I could stay with our animals that was central to where the rest of my family was. I rented it blind except for the listing as I dont know much about Atlanta. WELL. This location was PERFECT. My Husband walks our dogs a few times a day the last walk is late in the evening and he had no worries. Its a Nice quiet safe friendly historic neighborhood centrally located for all the attractions, amazing food and shopping, close to the belt way and a very understanding host as our trip was crashed by my mom and sisters on the last 2 days. The host said no problem! And the up charge was just and additional 10. per person per day. If I have to return to Atlanta again Im looking to see if I can stay here first.

Lovely little cottage! There were even a few dog toys for our pups to play with. Cottage is in one of the most walkable and central neighborhoods in the area. I would absolutely book again!

Quick Trip to ATL

The property was very nice- had a lot of vintage charm. Loved the area- close to my daughter and so many great areas of ATL. The place was spotless and very comfortable- made for a great trip!

Beautiful home

We needed a pet friendly place to stay in a good location and we found the perfect spot. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need in it. They use eco friendly products (even bamboo toilet paper!) and the house was very peaceful inside. The neighborhood seems very nice with people out walking all the time, very safe. The porch is a nice little place to just sit and relax for a minute. The backyard is perfect for letting the dogs out to play for a few minutes. Location is excellent, we were so close to a lot of things to go see and do. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Cute cottage in a great area

The house is a little older and had the charm that was perfect for us. The closed in backyard was just what we needed for our dog. I loved sitting on the front porch with my morning coffee and just taking a much needed breath. The owners were great about getting back to me super quick on questions I had.

Enjoyed the stay

My family and I had a short stay and we needed a place to stay for two days to go to the aquarium and some other fun things we had planned. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt really safe. Our dog enjoyed being off leash and running around the fenced in backyard. It was such a nice cozy home, and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely Perfect

Couldn’t have asked for more! Incredibly easy to dip downtown, yet private and quiet. Well fenced yard which lent to a worry-free experience with our furry best friend (dog), who loved the walkable, safe neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful accoutrements, thus we left feeling appreciated vs taken advantage of as we’ve experienced with less considerate hosts. We will absolutely look here first when our travels again take us to the Atlanta area.

Great Experience!

Hosts were so helpful as we requested an early check in and late check out. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee and breakfast items. Beds and family room sofa were comfortable for three adults and two small dogs. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the short walk to restaurants/bars and easy drive to State Farm Arena for the event we attended. Will definitely return for similar events in the future.

Fall break

The cottage was perfect. It felt like home when you stepped through the door. The owners really went the extra mile to make it feel welcoming. The beds were super comfy. We felt safe there. Would definitely recommend. The neighborhood was safe. You could see people jogging and walking their dogs. Kids were playing in their yards and at the little preschool nearby. The only negative thing I can say is do not go outside the neighborhood after dark. We went to the grocery store about 2 miles or so away from the area and we felt pretty uneasy. The homeless population can be a little aggressive and didn’t take no for an answer easily. We couldn’t get back to the safety of the cottage quick enough!!

Not What We Were Expecting

Cleanliness of Property: There were pet stains on the carpets, couch, and pillows on the couch. The inside of the dishwasher was dirty. There was a blood stain on the floor in the bathroom. There was a pet odor coming from the comforter in the master bedroom. Communication with Property Manager: We contacted the property managers by phone to see if it might be possible for us to check in 1 day early and had to wait 4 - 5 days before getting a response. By then, the response was too late. Accuracy of Online Listing: The bathroom is much SMALLER than illustrated in the listing. Location and Neighborhood: We heard police sirens and people yelling outside during the night. The property is a corner property that juts out at the intersection of 2 streets.
