Oceanfront Vacation house in Ormond Beach

Book our beautiful paradise on the ocean. Located in Ormond by the Sea. Only a 25 minute drive from Daytona Beach, one hour from Orlando, and 45 minutes from historic Saint Augustine. Our rental consists of the entire first floor of our oceanfront home. You will have your own driveway, private beach entrance, private entrances into the home, and much more! Great from NASCAR and Biker events or just an ocean getaway. You will get one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with 2 sofas, rollaway (upon request), kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, coin laundry room, outdoor shower, hammock resting area. Very modern, clean, and well lit at night. Extras: fire pit (wood package for extra fee) see pics.

Mommy & daughter weekend

Me & my 14yo daughter stayed at this property. Justin (property owner) was always there for any questions. The house is clean and cozy. The beach is just steps away across the street. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

The owners seriously thought of everything for your stay! It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing! My family really enjoyed our stay. The convince to local stores. The beach was beautiful. They had family games as well. And our family enjoyed playing connect four while smelling the salt in the air and hearing the waves.

Perfect, private, quiet, relaxing

This is our second stay at this beautiful property, grounds are decorated nicely with palm trees, hammock, sand, private fenced driveway, inside is comfortable and perfect for a nice getaway. My husband and I will definitely stay again!

Cute, quiet and comfy place.

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The location was perfect. The inside was very nice and clean. The outside area is beautiful and right across the street from the private beach. We would definitely go back.

This is a beautiful property out of the busy areas of the beach. This is a section of the beach that has no buildings on the beach side, so it is an easy walk across A1A to get onto the beach. Justin, the host, is exceptional. He has wonderful food recommendations and if very attentive to the needs of the guests. I assume he would have quickly remedied any issue, but we just did not have any. There were lovely places to sit outside, if that is what you want, and the inside was immaculate. The unit has a full-size refrigerator which is always a nice amenity. We enjoyed St. Augustine, Universal Studios, and Daytona Motor Speedway from this property. If we return to the area, we would certainly consider staying here again.

July 4th Vacation

Very happy with this place. I spent the week of the 4th of July with my husband at this rental. We enjoyed it very much. The location is perfect with private access to the beach right across the street which makes it very convenient. I loved the set up in the backyard and the landscape design was beautiful.

Excellent property

My husband and I stayed here while my daughter was cheering in Daytona. We couldn’t have a better experience. Communication with the hosts was the best I have had from any Vrbo property. The place was very clean, and had everything we could have needed. The beach was excellent, truly a quiet oasis. We will absolutely stay here again!

College Friends Reunion

Great place for my husband and I to stay when getting together with friends already in Daytona and Ft.Lauderdale area. My 3 friends came over for lunch one day. Husband and son went to do their thing. Then the girls sat outside to talk for hours. Such a nice breeze. Then we just popped over to the beach for a few more hours. Beach House

We had an amazing time at the Beach House! It was a great relaxing weekend. Very peaceful, tidy, & cute. Great communication with owner & will come again as soon as we get an opportunity!I never wanted to stay in a VRBO that the owners live on premises. However… this was still private & has its own driveway & entrance so not awkward at all. Loved our stay! Thanks so much for having us!

Great getaway!

A great place to getaway! It was a relaxing & quiet area, although close enough to drive to larger nearby areas if you choose. The beach access was awesome & so beautiful. The yard is amazing, is a good size and has lots to choose from- playing ping pong, relaxing in the hammock, enjoying time around a fire. The setup in the house is a bit odd (sink is not in the kitchen, but in the laundry room and the main door to outside is through the bathroom (although there is also a sliding door in the living room). But we had no problems with this and didn’t affect our stay at all. The communication with the host was superb & he answered any questions promptly. I would recommend!

Very nice

Everything was good for sure. Place was clean, neat, close but far enough away from everything. I didn't like having to reach out to adjust hot/cold all though it was made easy. The kitchen didn't have a sink and the fridge wasn't hooked up to water so had to go to the bathroom sink for water. The Mrs would wake up to the dog every morning when it needed to go out. Minor "headaches" overall very nice place and would stay again. Didn't know until it was to late the driveway is all gravel. Made the moving the motorcycle around a little difficult but that's on me photos showed the driveway lol. Communication was great hosts weren't an issue at all.

Excellent, quiet location for nature loving couples

Do stay here, and take care of it because its very nice and we're coming back! We only wish we'd had more time to stay. The hosts have covered much of the features of this home but we'd like to add that this is a great base for explorers and those who seek to enjoy the outdoors. Sure, the beach is right there, but its the scenic drives, parks, and nature opportunities all around you that make this place so special. Walk right outside and onto a long sidewalk for walks, running, or cycling along the beach. There are numerous wetland areas for kayaking, hiking, and photography within minutes. Short drives up or down the shore will get you provisions and prepared food. BIG PLUS if you're a vintage or specialty car owner touring the coast, the private fenced grounds and driveway offer a safer place to park your baby and you can drive right out onto A1A! Some of Florida's most scenic drives are all around you.

Awesome little getaway

I’ve always been skeptical of renting a vrbo where the hosts lived on the property, much less in the same house, but after reading some of the other reviews, we decided to try this one and I’m so glad we did! The house is right across the street from a private beach entrance. We visited mid July and during all 4 days we visited the beach, there was never another person within 100 yards of us. As someone who just wanted to lay on the beach and read all day, it was perfect! The rental has its quirks, as mentioned in some other reviews, but I spent most of my time in the hammock outside or on the beach so none of it bothered me. We could hear the hosts upstairs and in the next room at times so if you’re planning to be inside a lot, that might be something to consider. Justin was our main point of contact and he was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vrbo if you’re looking for a casual, relaxing beach vacation!
