Excellent view, private dock with deep water, located adjacent to Billy Dreher Island State Park, one of the best fishing areas in the Southeast US. Big water views. Three ensuite bedrooms all on different levels for privacy. Well appointed kitchen. Gas grill on patio. Beautiful views of the big water and sunsets. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. 5 star. Great for kids. It has ramp access but is not completely handicap equipped. Super location for fishing tournaments. Eco tourism, water sports, pontoon rental available. Whole house automatic generator insures power full time.

Publix grocery in Chapin. Fifteen minutes from Chapin restaurants. Great location on Lake Murray. 50 min from Columbia airport. Excellent location for USC - University of South Carolina visits or graduations.

Floating toys and paddle boards included.

Everything was great, the house was very nice, the yard was great, the dock was very nice and the host went above and beyond to see that we enjoyed our stay, definitely will check with them again when we have another trip going that way and sure hope it's available.

This is our favorite house on Lake Murray to vacation with our family.The kitchen has every amentity needed.The property is beautiful and well maintaned.The hosts are very quick to respond.You will not be dissapointed.

Following a hotel stay in Charleston, our family was ready for everyone to retreat to their own space. This property was clean and spacious, with an inviting deck and backyard. We enjoyed watching the herons fish :)

This beautiful property is truly amazing and felt like home. Sits on deep water and nestled in the woods. We are so thankful to have celebrated Christmas here and wished we owned it! Absolutely love it !

This was the perfect property to stay for my daughter’s wedding in Columbia. The house was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable for relaxing each evening between wedding events. Host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Fantastic relaxing lakefront getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property. The lakefront view was beautiful, calm and quiet. The home was great for my kids and in laws and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and plenty of outdoor equipment to enjoy on the lake. We’re already talking about a future stay.

Prosperity Paradise

This house was perfect for our large group. Very spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to make a great trip. Back yard has a wonderful view of the lake and plenty of room for outdoor games.

We loved staying here! The house is clean and nicely furnished. It perfectly blends sophisticated decor with a welcoming feel. Great view of the lake. We enjoyed the paddle boards and gas grill. The dock is very nice and worked well for a 28ft Sportsman boat. Conveniently close to the Dreher island boat ramp. I highly recommend this property for your trip.If you’re interested in wheelchair accessible, I’ll go into detail about that here. One member of our party is a power wheelchair user. There is a long ramp on the side of the house that makes the house accessible via the front porch. There is a tiny lip at the front door, but we used a piece of wood to help with the transition. The master bedroom is on the main floor, and the king bed works with a hoyer lift. The power chair was too wide to go into the master bath, but the shower chair fit through just fine. It’s a very large master bath. The toilet is in a nook, which requires some creativity for the bowel program. Also, the shower is not “roll in”, so you may need to do bed baths if you require a roll in shower. We brought a portable ramp which allowed access from the living room onto the back deck. The portable ramp also allowed the chair to go from the yard onto the dock where there a roof and an outlet for a portable fan if it’s hot. Overall, even though it’s not super wheelchair user friendly, it’s still great for a short trip. I’m willing to give up some accessibility for the view and overall vibe. We’ll be back!
