Excellent location and fantastic patio
A group of friends came to enjoy a trip to Montreal and this house was the perfect home base to do so. The location of the place is fantastic and right in the middle of a really cool neighborhood. It's easy to access just about all of the city from the apartment. Moreover, the patio is larger than we thought it would be an awesome amenity. Definitely recommend using this space during the warmer months.
Would definitely stay in this house again!
Also, perhaps this is unusual, but the house had FANTASTIC showers! Not always the case w/ rentals and it was welcomed!

Everything we needed!
We are a family of 6 adults who visited over July 4th week. This home provided everything we needed. From a very well stocked kitchen to wonderfully comfortable beds. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax in the living room together, eat at the kitchen table, and even enjoy a nice cook out on the roof top deck! Short walk to cafes, restaurants, parks, and grocery!
Yuris was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic spot in a perfect location.
I would highly recommend staying at this property. It's very clean with a great kitchen and awesome roof deck. Very close to all the hottest spots in Montreal and especially close to the beautiful park. Also, it was very nice working with Yuris, who was super helpful!

Excellent location, local festival when we were there added to the experience. Near good restaurants and other amenities. Yuris was excellent to communicate with. We had all necessary information before check-in to enjoy our stay without constant back and forth with Yuris.
Place was clean and had everything needed to spend the weekend.
Just beware of cyclists when exiting vehicles.

Coming from Toronto, I would say that is location is reminiscent of the West Queen West or Ossington neighborhoods... aka VERY TRENDY.
Aside from the excellent location, Yuris was excellent to communicate with. We had all necessary information before check-in to enjoy our stay without constant back and forth with Yuris.
The place was extremely clean, and had every amenity to make my group's stay very comfortable.
I would 10/10 stay here again!
