Bienvenue dans cette maison de luxe Ă  plusieurs niveaux, entiĂšrement meublĂ©e, au bord de l'eau. Construit en 2007, cette maison est situĂ©e prĂšs de Mill Creek sur le cĂŽtĂ© sud de Toledo Bend. Il prĂ©sente un plan d'Ă©tage unique pouvant accueillir plusieurs familles. Avec 2 cuisines complĂštes, 2 grands espaces de vie, 2 foyers intĂ©rieurs, 1 foyer extĂ©rieur, 3 Âœ salles de bain et 5 chambres, il pourra accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Le niveau principal est Ă©galement accessible en fauteuil roulant.
Pour ceux qui aiment les divertissements en plein air, vous adorerez les deux terrasses carrelées. Le bas offre des siÚges et un gril à gaz. Le patio supérieur comprend des repas en plein air, des siÚges supplémentaires et une cheminée.
Enfin, cette propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'une maison flottante Ă  2 stalles avec accĂšs Ă  l'eau. Cet hĂ©bergement rend la pĂȘche, ainsi que d'autres activitĂ©s nautiques, trĂšs agrĂ©ables.

House was great. Small things kept from a 5-star rating: lack of shampoo and soap in the showers and quality of towels and lack of bedspreads. Otherwise a great house for a large family or multiple couples. Host was excellent - very responsive and timely with instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable spacious home. All 12 of us had plenty of options to find our personal quiet space. We enjoyed the lake location for excellent fishing, swimming and kayaking. Each night we sat on balcony for amazing views of the moon. So hoping to return!

The house was extremely beautiful and spacious for 14 people. View was amazing right on the lake. The only thing wished more lights worked at the boat dock.The host was extremely helpful and replied within an hour. We will be booking again!

Big Chill

A group of friends held our annual “high school reunion” here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty big for 5 couples and the upstairs balcony was beautiful in the evenings. One of our couples brought their boat and the location made it easy to get out to the lake. The host was responsive to any questions we had and made it easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Awesome stay at the lake!

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook family meals, and the large dining table gave us a great space for laughter and conversation over dinner. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.The kids had an absolute blast—whether it was swimming and jet skiing in the lake or just playing board games in the cozy living room. Both outdoor balconies became our favorite spots in the mornings, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Pure serenity.The hosts were incredibly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay.We didn’t want to leave and are already talking about when we can come back. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape where you can truly enjoy quality time with your loved ones, this lake house is the place.Highly, highly recommended!

Thompson Thanksgiving

Ice maker was not operational!!! Some pans need through cleaner . One of the 2 garbage cans provided was already completely filled when we arrived— causing us to truck our garbage to anywhere we can find. Multiple light bulbs were burned out upon arrival.

Great Location on the Lake

We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate our two grown sons, wives, and two grandchildren. For a large group, this fits the bill perfectly. We loved the layout, the large patios (top and bottom), the view of the lake, the boat slips, and all of the space to move around in. The kitchen fit our needs (we didn't use the one on the bottom floor) and the house had everything we needed. The boat launch is just around the corner. The slope of the driveway was our only challenge. We had a great four days/three nights.

Friends and fishing

3 couples who all love to fish and relax. Great house with everything we needed. Dock was fantastic and the boat ramp was right around the corner. Caught fish and caught up with friends.

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured in the pictures and very spacious for our group of 11. The property was lovely and provided an excellent view on the river. The grandkids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the pier and tubing behind the boat. The best part of the location was that it was situated on a quiet part of the river and there were not many boats, which was very peaceful. The host was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my concerns. Overall a very enjoyable time was had by all of us and my husband and I would like to return and rent the same house in the future,

Family Fun

The home was super comfortable for our entire family of 8 and everyone enjoyed fishing from the boats we brought with us and off the dock. The men are bass fishermen so they enjoyed a lot of time out on the boat. They caught many 2-3 pound large mouth bass and a few 6-8 pounders so they were very happy. The women spent some time in the boats but mostly on the dock and floating in the water. It was a great time for all.

Awesome trip on Toledo Bend

Nice place to gather for a family

This place met our needs to gather 3 families for our annual Labor Day Weekend. There was plenty of room for 11 people. We especially enjoyed the covered deck and watching the birds.

Second time staying here

Just like last time the place was amazing ( see my review from 2022 for more details ). We liked this place so much the family basically demanded we do it again this year. We spent most of our time at the boathouse swimming and fishing. The family had a blast :)
