Nestled in the eclectic neighborhood of East 11th Street, this is the perfect place for those seeking trendy vibes and a convenient location to Downtown.
Uniquely designed, this space features 1300 sq ft of stylish indoor living space, plus an additional 1100 sq ft of outdoor living. With 3 separate patio decks, you’ll enjoy State Capitol views, sunset views and city views.
Near popular destinations—Texas Capitol, University of Texas, Moody Amphitheater, Rainey St, and all downtown hot spots.
The Space:
A designer space, like no other! Uniquely designed by Bercy Chen, a renowned urban architecture firm in Austin, this building was developed to mimic the geological exfoliation of the central Texas landscape, which can be found at Enchanted Rock, while the shifting floor plates and angles are aligned with area landmarks such as the Texas State Capitol and the UT Austin Tower.
The interior, a former fashion studio, is now luxury living space with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Our condo space offers a modern and comfortable space for up to 6 guests. The living area is bright and airy, featuring contemporary furnishings and tasteful decor. Kick back on the sofa and catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the large flat-screen TV with streaming apps.
Enjoy a full-size, 2-bed 1.5-bath private home with all the essentials. Includes 1 king-size bed, 1 queen bed and 1 rollaway bed for additional guests; the beds feature a complete set of luxury linens (sheets, blanket, duvet comforter and plush pillows) and also includes a 3-inch gel foam pillow top mattress for a comfortable night's rest.
The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including stove, cookware and cooking utensils, full-size refrigerator, microwave, place settings, wine glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, and a coffee bar with coffee, sugar and tea. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick and easy meals, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or a simple breakfast before exploring the city.
The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind. Both rooms feature cozy beds with luxurious linens and plush bedding. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with standup shower, full-size closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, a full-length mirror, and a smart TV with streaming apps. The room is also equipped with floor to ceiling curtains and blackout shades for privacy, air conditioning & heating, bed lamps, and a desk for working.
The best part of the house is the private outdoor terrace spaces, featuring day beds, an outdoor dining area and a fire pit. Step outside onto the private patio spaces and take in the energetic atmosphere of East 11th Street. With 3 separate outdoor living spaces to choose from, our rooftop patios feature sunset views, city views and capitol views. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail as you soak up the views and the lively neighborhood below.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze from our condo. We have more rideshare and scooter rentals than you will ever need. Also, most of the places you will want to go are in walking distance. Public transportation options are plentiful, and rideshare services are readily available. If you have a car, there is convenient parking provided. During the work week, please park on the street. The parking lot is available only on weekends to residents and guests.
Other Things to Note:
There is a parking lot on the side of the building that is used for the commercial office spaces during the work week. Feel free to park there during weekends or holidays. However, there is plenty of street parking around the building.
