Beautiful Private Pool Villa , (yes the private swimming pool and the villa is only for yourself and your group, and no one will share it with you ),we have 6 times per week maid service ,located in Patong beach about 1.4 KM from ,night life, and the 2 large shopping malls in Patong , We are new on Homeaway website sowe don't have any reviews yet, but we have many reviews on the other leading website ,
This villa is the nearest private villa with and outdoor pool to main nightlife and the beach ,that you can find in Patong that is availble for short term rental , the villa surrounded by boundary wall providing both privacy and security to guests. Located in the center of Patong in a secured gated villa development , the villa is a 200 Sq Meter, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms , first bedroom and a bathroom located on the first floor with queen size bed that can sleep 2 people ,and another single bed, the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor , there is one master bedroom with King size bed that can sleep 2 people ,with ensuite bathroom with a large balcony , The other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor have queen size beds in both rooms that can sleep 2 people ,and both rooms share one bathroom ,The living room has large screen LCD with home theater system and a pool table , The western kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and all the usual utensils and kitchen appliances are available, All the rooms include living room have air-conditioning. The Villa features a tropical with a sparkling large pool , there is a free high speed WiFi internet, and 2 safe deposit boxes ,
The swimming pool size -The Length is 9 meters and the Width is 3.7 meters, we have a villa manager on a call and a maintenance man
Maid service: The maid will clean the house, kitchen and make the beds 6 times a week ,Bed linen is changed every 3 day and towels and pool towels every 2 day there are plenty of towels in the house
The villa is a non smoking villa , smoking is allowed only in the garden and pool area
This villa located about 1 .4KM form main nightlife (Bangla rd ), the 2 famous mall (Jungcylone ,and Central ), and the famous night food market (Banzan) ,and the beach. also few minutes walk from the villa there are many Thai and European style restaurants, banks ,pharmacies ,car and motorbike rental all within walking distance.
There is both 7/11 and Family Mart convenience stores within 150 meters of the Villa .The beach is a short motorbike or Tuk-Tuk ride (3-4 minutes) or a 20 minutes walk ,
There is a laundry service within 150 meters of the house.

Yes we are guests friendly ,The Maximum people that we allowed to be in this Villa at any time day or night include guests is 8 regardless of age. Any number of people on-top of that we will consider that as a breach of contract , so to avoid any misunderstanding later on, please before booking rethink about the number of people include any guests that you planing to bring to the villa ,and see if this villa is a good fit for your group ,
The price include free water, internet, 6 time per week maid service, towels change every 2 days, bed sheets after 3 days,(we have Bath towels , face towels and pool towels ) on Electricity we give you free allowance of 50 units per day for example for 7 nights stay (one week )your free allowance will be 350 electric units which is 2,450 THB of free electricity ,which is usually enough if you turn off the air-condition and lights when you leave the house, and close the windows when the air-condition is turn on, over that free allowance that we give our guests ,we charge 7 THB per unit,
