Welcome to our beautiful, custom-built 3-story home, built by your host, David, in 2015. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open-concept layout with incredible views, and is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and explore.

Outdoor Oasis
Unwind in the 8-person hot tub (open year-round) or splash into the oversized, heated pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Enjoy extra fun with a diving board and basketball hoop right in the pool!

Endless Adventures
Located on 70+ private acres of mostly wooded land, you can explore nature right on-site with hiking trails, frisbee golf, a 9’ pool table, foosball, pickleball court and a basketball hoop in the driveway.

• 6 miles to Watkins Glen International racetrack
• 10–20 minutes to Watkins Glen, Horseheads, and Corning
• Quick access to NYS Routes 414 & 14

Please Note:
• This is a pet-friendly home. Our cleaners do an excellent job, but an occasional pet hair may remain.
• The home is nestled in nature, so insects or the occasional critter (frogs, salamanders, mice, etc.) in or around the pool and grounds are possible.
• Utilities such as electricity and internet are provided by third parties and occasional outages are beyond our control. These are not grounds for refunds.
• Maintenance staff may be on-site for routine pool, hot tub, lawn, or snow care, depending on the length of your stay.
• For guests staying Thursdays/Fridays, we ask that you kindly roll the garbage and recycling bins to the end of the driveway on Thursday night for Friday morning pickup.

Security Notice:
There are three outdoor security cameras: a Ring doorbell (only records when pressed), a Ring floodlight by the chimney, and a Ring floodlight above the basement sliding door (pool/hot tub area). These record video and audio 24/7.
