Welcome to our beautiful, custom-built 3-story home, built by your host, David, in 2015. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open-concept layout with incredible views, and is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and explore.

Outdoor Oasis
Unwind in the 8-person hot tub (open year-round) or splash into the oversized, heated pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Enjoy extra fun with a diving board and basketball hoop right in the pool!

Endless Adventures
Located on 70+ private acres of mostly wooded land, you can explore nature right on-site with hiking trails, frisbee golf, a 9’ pool table, foosball, pickleball court and a basketball hoop in the driveway.

Please Note:
• This is a pet-friendly home. Our cleaners do an excellent job, but an occasional pet hair may remain.
• The home is nestled in nature, so insects or the occasional critter (frogs, salamanders, mice, etc.) in or around the pool and grounds are possible.
• Utilities such as electricity and internet are provided by third parties and occasional outages are beyond our control. These are not grounds for refunds.
• Maintenance staff may be on-site for routine pool, hot tub, lawn, or snow care, depending on the length of your stay.
• For guests staying Thursdays/Fridays, we ask that you kindly roll the garbage and recycling bins to the end of the driveway on Thursday night for Friday morning pickup.

Security Notice:
There are three outdoor security cameras: a Ring doorbell (only records when pressed), a Ring floodlight by the chimney, and a Ring floodlight above the basement sliding door (pool/hot tub area). These record video and audio 24/7.

Labor Day Getaway

Dave was great and very communicative. My friends and family came here for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. The amenities are abundant and the property and house are beautiful. It was a great place to all gather together and close to Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail.

Great stay outside of Watkins Glen!

Our family rented this home as a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes for a surprise birthday & loved it! Dave was great with all communication and stayed in contact with us for anything we may have needed throughout our stay. The home had plenty of space, great amenities and was absolutely beautiful. We were extremely happy with our stay & look forward to booking again this summer!

The home was beautiful! It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. There were also games and books available. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. It was easy to get to Corning and Watkins Glen from this location.

Great vacation getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Copper Ridge. Dave kept in touch before and during our stay, and quickly handled a minor issue resulting from a power outage. The kitchen is very well equipped, the home was very clean, and beds comfortable. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and the pool was a welcome place to cool-off after hiking. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Cozy little cabin trip

Had a nice stay at this location in December. Renter was very polite and responsive to our needs. Check in was easy and he was quick to answer the phone when we lost power for an hour due to high winds and snow. Location was clean including the hot tub. Very pretty building with nice design and entertainment options including pool and ping pong tables.TV was easy to use and kitchen appliances all worked very well. Great trip and location all in all!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything - great indoor entertaining space with beautiful woodwork and natural light; a well-stocked, updated kitchen; plenty of sleeping spaces, bathrooms/showers, storage, and parking; spacious laundry area; downstairs pool table; sports court; and pool, hot tub, balcony seating/eating space, fire pit and pool-side pergola seating. The views around the property were absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The hosts were exceptionally kind, hospitable, accommodating, and responsive to any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. They left us a thoughtful and delicious welcome treat from a local bakery that was amazing! There is so much to do locally especially in the Watkins Glen, Corning, Ithaca, and Seneca Lake wine trail areas that are well worth the visit, but we enjoyed the house so much, that we opted to spend a lot of our time there! This home would be spectacular for any season and is great for families. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home Just Outside of Watkins Glen

The property was exactly as described. Really nice pool & hot tub with plenty of toys for my grand children. I could not keep the little ones out of the hot tub! The house itself is very nice, it feels lived in and its not the type of property where you worry the kids are going to break something so you always need to be watching. Kids loved the bunk beds and the big Chalet type windows and the kitchen has all you need to cook in if you like. Dave is a great host.

Perfect mountain getaway

Dave’s home was beautiful and what you see in pictures is what you get in person. House is spacious enough for a large group and in a quiet location up in the mountains. There are neighbors right across the street but it was very quiet. The home had almost everything we needed for cooking, and for the kids. Plenty of board games and there were even sleds for them to use in the backyard. We ended up staying an extra day because there was a snow storm near our home and we didn’t want to risk driving back. Dave accommodated us with no problem. My only complaint was the master bedrooms bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise no complaints! We loved our stay for sure and will be sure to keep them in mind if we ever want to return back!

Step into our custom-built, open-concept home, 22-foot ceilings, hand-crafted wooden beams, a cozy fireplace, and expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase stunning views.

The Amish-built kitchen is a dream for any home chef, featuring bright quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to cook and gather comfortably.

On the main floor, you’ll find a full guest bathroom and a spacious bunk room with four custom twin bunks—each with its own reading light and privacy curtain. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level. You’ll also find an infrared grill ready to BBQ.

Upstairs, a loft workspace with a desk overlooks the main living space. Through French doors, you’ll enter the master suite, a peaceful escape complete with an open bathroom, tiled shower, private toilet room, electric fireplace, mounted TV, and a plush Nectar king mattress.

The fully finished walkout basement offers even more space to relax and play. Enjoy a second living area with a mounted TV, 9-ft pool table, brand new queen sleeper sofa, and a mini bar area with a sink and fridge. Just outside the basement bedroom (which includes a custom queen bed, TV, and foosball table), you’ll find the third full bath with a stand-up shower.

Step right outside to enjoy the large saltwater pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) and an 8-person hot tub (open year-round). A fenced-in firepit area is perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
