Park in an oversized detached garage. The backyard is large and private with BBq grill and fire pit with deck seating. The main level hosts the living room with large flat screen and seating area. Kitchen with dining table, and den with seating and fireplace. The Bedroom has a walk in closet and queen size bed and full bath. Upstairs king size bed with additional seating and TV and full bathroom. You hear the geese flying overhead from the nearby lake, which is within walking distance and has great fishing. Mount Rushmore is 30 minutes south, Sturgis 30 minutes to the north. Badlands 45 minutes to the east. Golf within walking distance. Bike path access. a very central location. Downtown rapid city 10 minutes. Game room with arcade machines, pool table ping pong table, darts and a fire pit in a private back yard.

Loved the location near Canyon Lake and Meadowbrook golf course! The house is perfect for 4 adults! House was very clean. The garage entertainment was fun as we had some local family members come over to hang out and play darts pool and ping pong! Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chase’s home. All the amenities were as advertised. Location was central to our target areas of Mount Rushmore, Badlands, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon and more. Perfect house to relax in after a busy day seeing all the sites. The house was clean and quiet with lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed. The manager was super helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the internet and he got it fixed for us right away. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for us....my wife and I took the upstairs suite and my daughter and her friend had the lower level. We used this property for a place to stay as we took in the Badlands, Wall Drug, Mount Rushmore and downtown Rapid City. It was super clean, super cute, a great location in a quiet neighborhood and the pool table and dart boards in the garage was a nice touch for the girls. Chace was responsive at all times and had some good recommendations for places to eat. We had a great stay.

Perfect center for Black Hills orbit

We were impressed from the moment we entered the property. Everything we anticipated amd way more fun. A garage game room that kept our family entertained into the late nights and a super movie collection.Fantastic communications and arrangements with a generous and kind owner. Access to the entire property and accommodations for our two adult kids vacationing with us.Great access to the entire western SD region. Although the neighborhood is a bit awkward and underwhelming, it is a property to enjoy the surroundings and turn inward to relax and entertain.

Chace's home is just as described! The location is perfect as we traveled in different directions of Rapid City. Very, very clean. comfortable beds, and a private fenced-in back yard. We played a few games of pool. So much fun since we hadn't played in years. We found great eating places nearby. I would definitely stay here again!! Why they chose this property

Location is the best thing about my home. so many things within waking distance and for a home base to the black hills it doesn't get more central. Iv taken amazing care of my house over the years and pride myself in a great clean home. Also, the garage is a huge plus. Keep the motorcycles or cars out of the hail which does happen once in a while. play a game of pool, cook on the gas grill or just sit on the deck and enjoy a drink.

What makes this property unique

the layout allows for great privacy as the rooms are on separate floors with their own bathroom and tv/sitting area. the upstairs bedroom has a balcony deck that connects with the lower deck in the back yard. I also have a great game room. And of course, location location location
