Beautiful Property and Great Stay

Covid get away

Condo was perfect for mixed family in that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Walking distance to water park. It was cold the weekend we were there but the water park is heated which was just perfect for us. Definitely would stay there again.

Great place

Condo was the perfect size for our family of six and was very clean. Keypad code wouldn’t work when we arrived, but was able to talk with someone on the phone to get a new code. Biggest problem (and it’s not really a problem) is that we had no idea where to put our trash. There is signage for where NOT to put the trash but we never found a dumpster while we were there. Overall great place to stay.

Condo, close to waterpark

Property was great, easy 3 minute walk to waterpark, which entertained kids for hours. Only disappointment was what was included with the extra fee paid for inclusion in reunion facilities. I understood that things like mini-put, and bike rentals were included, but found there was a substantial fee for these things. Otherwise property was as advertised and would stay there again, in the same condo area, it did seem to me that other condo areas would have a long walk to the waterpark as there was no parking.

Overall ok

There were a couple things that were difficult. When checking make sure to read the fine print and bring a utility bill with your address on it . Then once we finally got checked in the door code we were given didn’t work out and that took almost an hour to get sorted out meanwhile our groceries were melting. Instead of having someone come right away we played phone tag it was a mess. Then when we finally got in the towels were still in the washer and dryer , so I had to do laundry first when I got there. Then when I went to do my own laundry the dryer was broken and wouldn’t dry!! Also there was a dead cockroach in the oven clock which was off putting. We did not find any signs of them anywhere else however. The amenities available on the property we great and it was very close to the theme parks.

Hello, we appreciate the feedback. Your reservation was made two days before traveling which is considered a Last Minute Booking. For protection of the guest and the company they require proof of identity and coming into the office. An email is automatically sent to the guest when they book LMB reservations. No fine print. You called at 5:28pm concerning the door and was let right into the property at 5:31pm and was then issued a new door code. The dryer concern was not reported during your stay. We have no knowledge of this home having a concern with the dryer. The towel concern was also not reported. The dead cockroach was also not reported.

Perfect condo and a great price

We stayed here for 8 days with 2 toddlers and 4 adults. Excellent location, walking distance to the reunion resort water park and a quick drive to the local supermarket. Very spacious, clean and comfortable condo, would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying again on a future trip. Kids loved the NEMO themed room and was nice having the stroller and high chair available on top of all the amenities you would normally find in a home. We initially booked this condo because of its great price and have to say we were more than happy with it!!!

Good apartment great location

The apartment was very clean and had nice and new furniture. Great location near a pool and the waterpark. Fast response if we had any questions. Late checkout was no problem. Only thing that could have been better was the internet connection and we would have liked to have had sun on the balcony but the sun never reach the balcony.

Reunion Resort

Spacious accommodations with numerous resort amenities. Water park not included nor can you buy daily pass. Tennis court usage is also charged by the hour. Restaurants running on limited schedule due to COVID.

Nice condo with close access to water park

It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen appliances if you are looking to cook. The balcony was very spacious. It is within walking distance of the water park, which was convenient for us. I thought the check in process was excessive because it does require a 10+ page rental agreement, a copy of your utilities bill, and an emailed copy of your ID. Also, they don’t provide you with the address until you check in, even after you have paid. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the hassle of check in but not because of the actual condo.
