The house was in a great location and was described perfectly. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the house host needs a better cleaning company since this has been the issue with most of the past renters also. The price for the rental was a little high in my opinion as wasn’t able to really enjoy the stay due to the dirty pool and other things. The theater wasn’t much a theater room the game machine wouldn’t work so that was a bummer, also didn’t use the popcorn machine as it looks and smelled like it haven’t been cleaned in years. The master bathroom sink was clogged . The gas can have so much more potential if just a little more update and TLC LOVING IN CLEANING.

Great little getaway spot

We stayed at the Red Corvette house for 10 days and it was the perfect fit for our family. After a long day at Disney, it was great toBe able to come home and relax by the pool, grill some steaks and unwind with a movie in the theatre room.We had a couple of what I would call “normal household” issues come up while we were there, but the amazing property managers were super quick to respond and resolve them. I would definitely stay here again and any other property they managed for that matter. Gated community and super quiet!

Was a little disappointed

The house smelled like smoke throughout when we arrived. We contacted the property owners to let them know and to share that the house was not cleaned very well. They sent the manager to deal with the smoke smell but didn’t address the cleanliness.We then had a problem with the pool and couldn’t use it for two days.The house doesn’t seem well kept which is unfortunate.I’m a little surprised that we were not offered some sort of refund considering the problems. That probably would have made the issues a little easier to deal with.

Needs Attention

The location of this home is in a quiet gated community. It was disappointing to read the guest book from previous years to find that nothing had been addressed. The house was not clean. The pool area, barbeque were not clean. The pool bottom had a large patch of crumbling concrete and the gravel corner was just weeds. There was no railing or step to go down into the hot tub so we did not use which was the one thing that drew us to this home. I'm surprised that you could rent a home without one. The furniture had ripped cushion and did not feel clean. Curtains were ripped. Bedding did not match and comforters had cigarette burns. Pillows definitely were well worn and stained. The mattress's were covered with a thin piece of foam which did not improve comfort. In the kitchen appliances were dirty and under the cupboards food was found. Under the dressers and behind washer and dryer clothes from previous renters were found along with dirt and dust bunnies. The toilets were not clean and the seat kept coming of one. Bathroom faucet fixtures were clear revealing years of filth. The entrance to the home was not tightly sealed so when it rained water entered the home. The games in the theater room had seen better days. This house could easily be a lovely rental if the owner spent some money renovating and replacing what is so clearly worn and dirty. In its current state I could not recommend this home. The presentation of this home on the listing is deceiving. The Mac Donalds

Nice sized house. Theater room was a nice addition. Check in process was easy. Didnt have any issues throughout the 7 day stay. Would stay again.

A welcoming stay….

The property was clean. We I reached out to management they were quick to respond. Although the weather was not warm we still was able to use the pool and the kids enjoyed it. There was a shortage of pots and bowls called Angie and within no time new pots and bowls were available for use. We was very happy with communication from management. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again. Thanks for making us feel welcome and important. Audrey

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the red corvette house. The beds were comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. The pool was nice and relaxing. But our favorite part of this house was the movie room. It is a very cozy and comfortable spot for the family to watch a movie. The only critique I have is the housekeeper could do a better job. We had to search for the TV remote in one of the bedrooms and it ended up being behind the bed. During this, we found lots of dust and dirt, including some pills that previous guests must have dropped. In the room with the two twin beds, we found a cup of drink inside a dresser drawer. These were things that ultimately did not affect our stay and did not warrant contacting the host. Please be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, trash bags and of course toiletries because they definitely didn't have any extras. Overall, would stay here again and recommend this lovely house to others.

House waa exactly as described!!! I had no issues at all. The pool was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable. The property was cleaned well. The check in process waa seamless. With the one question i did have it was answered promptly.

Needs TLC

We stayed at the red corvette house from Jan 12-21st, 2023. The location of this house was great for Disney and Universal. The pool heat was mediocre but it was Jan and pretty cold. The Spa heat worked very well as did the hot water inside the home. We were a party of 5 adults and the house was just big enough for us, the addition of the converted garage into a theater room really added to the space and we hung out in that room quite a bit. We made popcorn almost every day after we gave the machine a much needed cleaning. The house would be so nice with a thorough cleaning from top to bottom, new bedding, new towels, new pots and pans, replace the broken screen in the pool lanai area and replace the old dishwasher. My son-in-law fixed the dishwasher but it is truly on it's last leg. You're welcome! We would not stay here again because of the poor maintenance/cleanliness of this home. It is a shame, I wish I could give it a better review but I can't.

Ok place

Property needs a good cleaning, new towels badly and new pillows. Beds are firm which if you like that you'll like these. A few issues that were resolved quickly. Pool was nice, kids spent many hours playing in it. Overall a nice house, but things are getting worn out. like towels, bedding and pillows and in need of a new broom, not sure what happen to the one there. Washer and dryer both worked well. Kids loved the theather room after long days at Disney. Got a foam topper for the master bed then I slept much better! Over all not a bad house and close to the parks. Property Manager very nice lady and very helpful.

Nice Location

Property has signs of use but the benefit is location. The movie room was used every night for family movie time. We enjoyed the pool every day even though it was cold. We enjoyed our stay and we’re able to unwind.

Fun Times at the Vette Home

The location and neighborhood is perfect for our family, with all attractions being only a short driving distance away. We enjoyed the cinema room to include the pool. More than enough space to relax. Thanks for having us.

Our worst rental home!! Dirty!!!

It took me so long to properly write a review for this house or property management in which I would NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone! We have used VRBO for a long time for our family getaways and never encounter such an experience like we did in August!! First of all, we arrived to our vacation home and hadn’t received the code to get in and it was 2hrs past our arrival time. Then of course as soon as entering the home our kids went straight to the pool just to find hairs around the pool and in the pool as well as ashes on the pool table. When I went to shower my daughter there was hair in the bathroom by the bathroom mat. In the bedroom my kids stayed in had chucks of hair in the cabinets bin. So this was so disturbing situation especially in this time with COVID-19 being a major concern we were unease about the situation. So I decided to text the property management lady who had helped me with the house code and reservation. Only to get excuses after excuses on why these things happened. Yet in the home I came across a sign in book and read almost the same concerns I had from the previous visitor that had stayed in the home. I even mentioned this to the property management yet I just received another excuse. After receiving so many excuses I gave up and just informed her that I, myself owned a cleaning & lawn service company so giving excuses after excuses wasn’t the way to go. That’s when she mentioned she only worked for the management company and wasn’t the decision maker. A few weeks after our departure i just received an email saying we received credit for half of the cleaning fee. So this was overall our worst experience we have ever had with a rental. I really hope these things never happen to anyone at this home again.
