This home was bought in early 2015 and completely remodeled. Located in the gated Southern Dunes Golf community. New Kitchen, floors, pool surface, and bedding are just some of the updates. All the comforts of home included. Deck has a large pool, Out door seating area with 55 inch TV, hot tub, propane grill, chase loungers. More than ample space left. This isn't just a screen around a mini pool with a couple of chairs. You may forget to leave and enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, and golf this area has to offer. Disney world is a short 25 minutes away. Clearwater beach is a great day trip and just over an hour away. Manny's Chophouse is the perfect place to bring the family for dinner, and is only a few short miles down the road.

We take pride in the finished product, and are happy to share it with you. We built it with the thought of our family having a place to enjoy and be proud of. We are very pleased with the results, but welcome any ideas you may have during your stay.

Why they chose this property

This property is located on the main road with a very nice view of the 16th hole from the front window. The deck is a premium piece for this house. Large pool, gas grill, hot tub, and plenty of space to sit out, both shaded and in the sun. Enjoy the big game while having a cold drink outside on our 55 inch TV.

What makes this property unique

Once price covers it all. Pool heat, grill ,Wifi and all else included.
