Perfect house for a family of 4. Loved that it had a wagon and beach chairs, super handy! House included a lot of extra house items (paper towels, trash bags, etc) so that was pretty awesome, too. Had a wonderful week on AMI! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect. Close to the beach, anything you would need to go to the beach, chair, wagon, cooler it was great. The pool at the house was also a great perk. Would stay there again

A good value, recently updated!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return renters here. We enjoyed our stay at Sea-Esta. The furnishings have been updated, the floors have been repaired and the lanai has had outdated furniture removed. The kitchen is well equipped except for a set of tongs, and remember to bring your coffee filters! The pool was wonderful and the unit was mostly clean. We had to move a piece of furniture to retrieve something we dropped and found that the area behind furniture is dirty with dust bunnies and dead insects. You should have your cleaners work inspected!

Love this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the house was going to be small but it was just right for six of us. Pool was fantastic! The property had everything we needed and was super close for my husband to fish. Only negative things were the couch was a bit rough, house needs sprayed for bugs I think as my kids had bites on them after sleeping, and there were a few big bugs when we arrived. Overall we had a wonderful stay, the location was everything!

Great place and great price

We liked everything about this house except the living room couch. It was not comfortable and did not have side tables. Other than that it was great! The pool was small but we swam every day and we appreciated all of the things for the beach. We also LOVED the washer and dryer!

A bit misleading - but good value.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The duplex is very dated. The furniture is old and worn, the couch with recliners is broken. The chase chair has upholstery which is ripped and threadbare. One bathroom had some mildew around the shower enclosure. There were two cockroaches in the unit. the WIFI didn't work at first but IVP sent a repairman on Sunday to fix it. The Lanai was dirty, we had to sweep it and shake out the cushions full of food. The lanai cushions were covered in mildew. The kitchen was great! Well equipped, beds were clean and comfortable. Beach chairs were nice and beach towels were great!.

Had a great stay here. Perfect location and fast communication when we had a few issues with wifi. We loved the island so much we booked for next year ☀️🏝️🦜 Highly recommended!!

Property Issues

Need an exterminator for roaches in the kitchen as well as rodent in the ceiling area. Issues with wifi and internet on and off. Very disruptive to our stay.

A very cute and well stocked home, walking distance to beach and shopping. Pool is not heated, butwith temps in 80s we went in anyway. we did make management aware of cleaning issues and they promptly came over to check, hopefully took care of situation.

All we needed for a stay at the beach

The property was clean and the beds were very comfy. The neighborhood is nice but it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The layout of the house is great but the third bedroom is really just a trundle bed and tv and you walk through it to get to the pool. It wasn’t a problem for us as we only needed 2 bedrooms and it would work for kids but I don’t think adults would be comfortable there. The house had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen and all appliances worked well. We had problems with a shower door but they were out to fix it the next morning. All in all, it’s a good place but it could use a refresh and update. The couch isn’t the most comfortable and the recliners at each end don’t work. Nothing that could be fixed during our stay but needs updated for the future. There were brand new beach chairs and a great cart to haul things. The pool wasn’t heated but we enjoyed lounging there in the Florida sunshine!

Rented for 5 weeks. Master Bath: tub would not hold water, and shower not the best either. Master Bed was comfortable. That was the good thing about the place! Patio: needed a good cleaning!! Cushions very dirty, floor dirty. We cleaned the grill, best we could before using. Umbrella in table broken. Beach chairs and cart were terrible broken dirty and unusable. (We did complain about this and by the end of our stay chairs and cart were replaced. Living Room furniture very dirty. Complained and they got cleaned our last week there! Recliners In sofa do not work. They were broken and not fixable. We’re moving on ‘

Had trouble with shower head in guest bathroom , pit in request to fix online Sunday, no response so called Tuesday and was fixed immediately. Pool is not heated so if you go in Fall or Spring be aware. Overall great place . Would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Upon entering, there were huge dead bugs in the hallway and in the cabinet in the kitchen-shouldn't have been since they were supposedly just there cleaning. There were dirty rings in the toilets, which they cleaned when they returned. The floor in the master was terrible as other guests have commented and I was told that is soon to be fixed. The place was suited for us, but definitely needs some help-painting, clean caulking in bathrooms, and others. Beach chairs were hopeless and we couldn't use them. The beds were good and we enjoyed the pool. Staff was helpful and location was very convenient to everything

Beautiful little home

We wanted to be on island close Beaches. This home did that. Pool was major selling point our kids, they enjoy swimming every evening. Only thing wrong was the living room and one bedroom TV didn't work.( I think it was the cable) But the rest of the home was beautiful and quiet neighbors.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Seaesta,we enjoyed the pool,the place was very clean and well kept,the beds were very comfortable,the trundle bed in the third bedroom can accommodate an adult also,we were close to many restaurants,bars and shops, trolley stop was at the end of our street the beach was also close by,they do need at least one lounger by the pool even though the chairs outside were fine and also the beach chairs all need to be replaced they were worn out the house came with a washer and dryer which was a plus we would definitely stay here again
