Charming Ground Level Resort Style 3 units Condo of a TRIPLEX- unit A

Welcome to our newly updated ground level 2 beds/2bath unit A of the triplex located on the southern end of Holmes Beach, just a few steps from the beach(2-3 min walk).
There are no busy streets to cross and even footpath to the beach leading from the back of the property. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture.
Large shared pool is located in the backyard as well as a separate patio and grill for each unit.
You have the option to heat the pool. Your room charge covers the the pool temperature up to 75F. It’s additional $150 for week stay or less to heat the pool above 75F.
Please let us know if you wish to heat the pool so we have it ready for your upcoming stay. Fire pit for colder nights is a great addition to all amenities.
Washer and dryer in each unit for your use. The property includes free wireless internet. Each unit has been updated and is comfortably furnished. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and beach trolley as well. Kitchen is fully equipped.It's quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and trolley stops.

Great time had by all

No complaints whatsoever. The place was really nice, clean, and smelled good. We’ll return if it’s available for our next trip to Anna Maria!

Great location in Holmes Beach!

Super cute house in a great location. 1 minute walk to the beach. House is well appointed with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and floats. Nice pool. Bathrooms are small with no counter space. Mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade. Overall I would recommend.

Thought of EVERYTHING!

The cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! The host was amazing…thought of everything you may need from a normal stay to a trip to the beach. The pool was great, the inside was great. The owner even showed up to the cleanings of the neighbors to make sure everything was up to par. Book without fear people - it’s a great one!

Quiet and relaxing

Our 2nd visit was everything we hoped for. Location is great, and accomodations were teriffic. You dont hsve to pack anything but a bathing suit! One slight observation. Lighting in the living area seemed dark. Maybe a slim floor lamplamp near the sofa or a dimmer on the overhead. However. Not enough of an issue to keep us rebooking. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay!

The unit was amazing with everything you could need. Backyard with pool was great and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better location and literally 2 minutes from the beach. Highly recommend!

This is our second visit to this property. Beautiful (shared among the three units) pool and easy walking distance to the beach. Owner was very responsive.

Great accomodation

Fisrt visit to AMI and this triplex was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and living room furniture was perfect. Everything we needed in a kitchen and bath. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Amazing stay

The unit is amazing and we loved it! There was actually kitchen supplies that other properties we have stayed at previous years didn’t have which was nice. The pool and outside was so pretty. Beach is walking distance and had great quality beach things. Would recommend more umbrellas for beach goers since there was only one during our stay but overall no issues there. Would recommend more towels for showering in unit as well. Beds were so comfortable and any time we needed to contact owner she was very fast at responding. Recommend 10/10 and will stay again! Thank you 💕

Best little gem on the Island

Beautiful property with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed, backyard grill and fire pit were a big hit after a long day at the beach. The pool is great to cool off in after the short walk back from the beach. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back!!

Great location

Unit was very clean and well kept with all amenities needed. Property is in a great spot, close to shopping, groceries and dining. Less than 2 minutes from the beach with plenty of pool and beach accessories. Communication with property manager was a breeze. We will return.

Paradise

Two friends and I stayed in unit A for a week. It was lovely. A short walk to the beach, which is beautiful. Plenty of beach items, towels, chairs and a trolley to haul them. The pool was great after a hot day at the beach. The pool deck had lots of seating and also a private table at each unit. We had trouble figuring out the TV and the manual left by the owner was a little vague on some logistical things. We could have used more bath towels and washcloths. A shelf in the shower would have been nice. Just nit picky things because overall, it was a fantastic place. We are already talking about next year!

Amazing week!

We stayed in A and had friends in the other two units. It was perfection for a group! The pool area was great for hanging out and the beach is a short walk out the back gate. There are PLENTY of beach supplies, so no need to pack any!

Great location!

This place was great! Very clean. Nice pool. Best part was the short walk to the beach. Be mindful that this property is pet friendly. The description online says one dog allowed. Our neighbors had 2 golden retrievers that were always about when we were trying to enjoy the pool and patio. The dogs were swimming in the pool too which kind of grossed me out. The neighbors also had a guest for 3 days who also had a dog so we were dealing with 3 dogs! Not a good experience.

Private location

We love the location with direct beach access which is only half a block. On that area, it’s very private, less crowd. We love the pool and all. It’s the best one we’ve had in 4 years as we usually go there once a year.

It was amazing, close to the beach, the house was fully stocked (larger than pictures appear), pool was a great size (seemed like something new appeared everyday), everything anyone would need to take to the beach. We also met some amazing ladies in the other unit. Yes it only had one bathroom but we made it work with 5 ladies so anyone can. We loved it

Lovely home!

Loved this property - close access to beach and a private pool! One bathroom for 6 was a little challenging at times but made it work! Maybe outdoor shower could be added? Also, more mirrors in the bedrooms close to outlets. We really enjoyed our stay on Holmes Beach!

Pure perfection!

Everything about this property is fantastic! The unit is decorated very nicely and it was clean when we checked in. The owner was accommodating when we asked to check in an hour earlier than check in, which was appreciated after our long drive south. Now let's talk location... A one minute walk down the path out back gets you to what feels like a private beach. If you want to find good shells in the morning, get up early (6am) and walk the beach. After breakfast load up the wagon with a cooler, towels and some beach chairs and you're set for the day. All of those items are provided by the owner. If it's not a beach day, hang out at the pool. There are plenty of chairs and tables on the patio and each unit has its own grill. You're right in the middle of the island here but it's still a nice and quiet residential area. The free trolley stop is a half block away and will take you all over the island. There is a Publix grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Walgreens, and some souvenir shops within walking distance to the unit as well. If staying for a week, you may want to consider bringing some additional dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap if you plan to do some laundry. Some of these items are provided but not enough for a week's stay (in my experience this is very typical for rentals, which usually provide only a starter pack of these items). We actually tried booking the entire triplex for ourselves and some friends for next year the first day we were here but units seem to book up quickly on the island. And for good reason. We'll definitely be returning and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time staying at this place. The best perk was it was close to the beach. Rented bikes one day, took the free trolley and made many trips to the beach with a short walk.
