Communication was very easy. Once our reservation was approved, we received a helpful guide explaining what to expect. The host sent the exact address and door-access instructions one to two days before check-in. During our stay, the owners gave us plenty of privacy and did not overwhelm us with messages. The day before checkout, they sent a simple reminder about the cleanup instructions. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It includes a living area with a couch and chairs, a four-person dining table, and dishes, cups, and silverware. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, and toaster oven. The bathroom is small but functional, with a sink, toilet, shower and tub combination, hair dryer, towels, and washcloths. The bedroom had a comfortable bed for two people and a full-length mirror behind the door, which was helpful when getting ready. There were also two heating/air-conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The best part was the location. We were able to park for free at the rental and walk to downtown Gatlinburg, which made the trip much easier. Most attractions were within about a 15-minute walk, including Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, and The Village Shops. It was especially convenient for moonshine and cider tastings since we did not have to drive or use a rideshare.Overall, we would recommend this rental to couples or small families looking for a clean, convenient place to stay with minimal driving.
